  Some restaurants are remembered for their food, while others are remembered for their atmosphere. Scotch 80 Prime gave me both and turned my birthday dinner into a beautiful memory. Our table was elegant, with white linens, candlelight, and thoughtful birthday decorations. The atmosphere felt sophisticated and special without being too formal. Then came the bread. Everyone knows not to fill up on bread at a steakhouse, but these warm, soft dinner rolls were dangerous. I told myself I would have only one. That plan did not last long. 😂 The Caesar salad was fresh and creamy, and the steak had a beautiful sear with rich, satisfying flavor. The seafood presentation was the highlight of the evening. Lobster, shrimp, crab, and other seafood were beautifully arranged over ice like a centerpiece. Of course, we had to take pictures before anyone was allowed to eat. 😂 At the end of the meal, I received a lovely birthday dessert with chocolate, fresh berries, a “Happy Birthday” plaque, and one glowing candle. Sitting with my family and looking at that candle felt warm and meaningful. As we get older, birthdays become less about gifts and more about the people sitting beside us. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, but it is a wonderful choice for a birthday, anniversary, or special celebration. Good food fills your stomach, but a truly good evening stays in your heart. One final warning: Be careful with the dinner rolls. They are dangerously good. 😂

  Sat in the bar for their summer lobster special and happy hour drinks. Everything was great as usual and Jonathan needs recognition as one of the best servers/bartenders around. He’s an asset to the business with a great personality and extensive menu knowledge. Sit in the bar section and request him if you can.

  Had a very nice dining experience at the Palm the other night, food was great. I always get the chicken parmesan and wedge salad, both were excellent. And waiter was attentive and friendly, and sitting out on the patio area is the best for people watching in Vegas.

  Last night was the second time I have been here. I went with my wife because of how amazing my first time was. Did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal, the server (Nick) treated us like we were VIPS and everyone was super friendly. This is our very favorite place in Las Vegas.

  Barry took care of us very well we told him we were in a rush to see the 4th of July firework show and he made it happen the food here was spectacular We walked in with no reservations I can’t wait to come back I 1000% recommend coming here for fine dinning
