As a local who is moving soon, I thought I would finally try out the Wynn Buffet and I wasn't overly impressed with it. Firstly, there was a line to get in the restaurant and had to wait about 30 minutes. I understand to some degree this is outside the control of the restaurant but definitely did not expect to wait this long. After being seated and providing my form of payment, I found they had charged me for 2 people even though it was clearly just myself. Then, after waiting a substantial amount of time for my beverage to arrive, it was not what I ordered. As far as the buffet itself, there was a pretty big selection but being a somewhat picky eater, a lot of the dishes I really wasn't interested in (and many I had never even heard of). The turkey and chicken were good as well as the mashed potatoes and pizza. The chocolate dessert cake and cookies were pretty good as well. Overall, I just personally don't see enough value in the buffet to justify almost $100 (after tip) to eat here again.

Very disappointing On Aug 12, 2026 at 7:00pm after weeks of reviews YouTube viewing etc I decided to take my staff to Wynn Buffett while attending a conference in Las Vegas. Entering the facility was an experience in its self and our staff waitress Kelly was awesome. Never missed a beat. Then it happened. I choice the Wynn for the prime rib and seafood bar. The first thing that happened when I walked up prime rib carver I asked for medium rare and a one inch cut. He said “ you get the piece off the roast and I cut to 1/2 inch”. I walked down to get some lobster claws with the meal and no drawn butter at the station. I asked a services provider behind the counter and she said she would get it. After four minutes left with no butter. Strike two. Strike three when I wanted a second pieces of medium prime rib at best. Again requested medium rare and got medium plus. Just want to take my staff to an exciting evening at the Wynn and left no gambling ,no shopping for the wife I was too angry to leave any money with your establishment. There Vegas bonuses where giving too them upon returning too of hotel casino. I really hope this is read and taken to heart. People work hard for the money and being small business owner I just wanted a neat experience for my staff that traveled with us to Vegas. Dan

Been here several times before. Today was a bad experience with the hostess. Wait staff was very pleasant. So initially we came by with a reservation and we were greeted by an older lady with big eyelashes. She seemed quite nice actually and trying to be accommodating with trying to get our party of 4+5 a table together. After our party arrived, we were placed in line to wait as they find an accommodation. Then some younger/middle aged lady with short curly hair came up and essentially forced us split in half. Apparently, they had zero communication and the younger/middle age woman just didnt listen to us. When I came back to the line after being sat to check on my other group, the eyelash older lady directed the frustration at us, when we did not even do anything. The miscommunication was from her colleague and suddenly attitude was directed towards us for no reason. Extremely unprofessional and makes it unwelcoming. The younger straight hair lady nearby was very sweet and apologetic about the situation. So whoever this older eyelash and younger/middle age curly hair ladies are, they need to go back into training for customer service and attitude because they did a piss poor job.

My wife, father-in-law, and I recently dined at The Buffet at Wynn on August 2nd. I’ve eaten here three times in the past and always had a wonderful experience, but this visit was ruined by our server, Jesse. From the beginning, Jesse was rude, unhelpful, and completely disrespectful. I ordered the drink package, which includes unlimited drinks, but getting a refill was next to impossible. Every time I asked for one, he made excuses about a time limit. At one point, when my drink only had a couple of sips left, he refused to take my order, telling me I hadn't finished it yet—even though it would have been done by the time he returned with a new one. To make matters worse, Jesse overcharged our bill and flat-out refused to help fix it. Thankfully, the busser (a wonderful lady whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) stepped up and did a far better job than our actual waiter. She refilled our drinks, kept our table taken care of, and ultimately helped us get a manager involved to resolve the billing issue when Jesse refused to cooperate. Once the manager arrived, Jesse suddenly tried to change his tune and act nice because he knew he was in the wrong. While the food itself was excellent as always and the atmosphere is great, Jesse's attitude made my wife and father-in-law want to leave immediately. I wouldn't discourage anyone from visiting because the food and overall establishment are usually fantastic, but management needs to address Jesse’s service and attitude. We will think twice before sitting in his section again.

We were extremely disappointed by the level of service we received from the waiting staff member during our pre-booked, pre-paid dining experience. From the moment we were seated until the end of our two-hour reservation, every member of our party of six was treated with an unacceptable level of rudeness and indifference which shocked us all adults arriving from the UK. We all travel extensively and dine at high end restaurants all over the world, and without question, we all agreed this was the worst service we have ever experienced. It completely overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable visit. Even the food didn’t taste that good sadly due to his consistent rudeness. At the end of the meal, myself and the booking party member politely raised our concerns with the management. We did not ask for compensation, but he acknowledged the situation and offered us an immediate refund on food due to the poor experience. Two weeks later, we have neither received the promised refund nor had any response to our follow-up complaint email. The lack of communication has only added to our disappointment thus resulting in this negative review. Having since read other reviews, we can unfortunately see that our experience was not an isolated incident and something to be aware of. There appears to be a consistent lack of professionalism, customer care and training among both the waiting staff and management. The hosts and management team would clearly benefit from improved training, stronger communication and a much greater focus on customer service. While the food and location may be attractive, poor service quickly ruins the overall experience and has sadly left the Wyn Hotel in a view that we would never go back. We sincerely hope the #Wyn takes these concerns seriously and invest in improving their whole team as the restaurant has the potential to offer so much more. We also expect a reply to the email sent by the Slaters asap!
