  Live Mas Cafe has taken over and it is disappointing. From the food to the inside to the employee customer service, it has gone downhill. The cafe drinks are so expensive that I don't even want to order any to be disappointed with poor quality and even poorer customer service. Its so bright inside, its almost off-putting and you can rarely get a staff member at the counter. Its always "place your order at the kiosk or order online." The prices are INSANE, and I understand that each franchise doesn't set the price, but for the price you DO pay, one might expect a bit more. Why are 2 little cinnamon balls $2.39?? @TacoBell, do better. If I get any modifications on my order, its a 50/50 chance if its made right. I usually mobile order about 5 or so mins before I get there and somehow my food is always cold. Lettuce and tomatoes are mush, the guacamole is watery, and my chicken will have so much fatty pieces on it, its almost inedible. It seems to be teenagers or younger people running the place and they just don't care. I've had my order literally thrown thru the window to the point it hit my car. Why? I've been customer service for 10 years, I get it, some days are hard and you can't please everyone although we are told we HAVE to please everyone. But a kind smile, 'have a nice day' or being given my food *gently* goes a long way. I get it, Taco Bell is NOT fine dining and I don't expect it to be. But when you're on the go and need something quick that's not a radioactive McDonalds burger, this is the next 'best option'. I think for the foreseeable future, I will be taking my business to El Pollo Loco for something quick. Their Fire Grilled combo is WAY cheaper than any Taco Bell meal, tastes better, and is actually filling.

  I came with my family to check out the new renovation and to have some dinner. While we were placing our order a few of the girls were giving us dirty looks. Once our order was placed one of the employees took a picture of our order and made a comment saying “that’s a lot of food”. Yes my family had 7 people ordering, but regardless if it’s a group of 7 or 3 groups of 3 people, it shouldn’t matter it’s your job to make people’s food.

  The absolute worst Taco Bell experience of my life. The food was typical Taco Bell - nothing inordinate. The service was awful - no one to take orders, no cash payments and no printed receipts. By far, the worst part of the experience was the atmosphere. The music was so loud that I couldn't have a conversation with my lunch partner. I asked an employee if she could lower the volume and the reply was shocking "no ma'am" - hard stop! The music ranged from hard rock to acid rock to Latin to other music I couldn't even identify. We inhaled our food and left before the headaches kicked in. Never again!

  Ever since the remodel this place has been a dumpster fire, put it back how it was and stop trying to be Starbucks. Nobody comes to Taco Bell for $7 coffee drinks Whoever thought this was a good idea ovbi didn’t check the map and see a Starbucks 200 feet away 💀

  Food is always correct, and today I got my food exceptionally fast. Tatiannac was great, super friendly and made sure my service was fast.
