  Your two staff that was working was rude! I go in and the doors was unlocked, but they say it’s closed on the inside!

  Today, my husband goes to the drive thru, and orders his burrito. He pays for said burrito. He had forgotten my order so he asked if he could add on 2 chalupas, and he was told no and to go through the line again. Over 2 chalupas. He gets back to the window to pay for the chalupas. Only to realize after he’s left he was never given his original order. The supervisor on shift was the one who had told him no, which…: if it’s a new policy since I worked there? Fine. But she was straight up rude, nasty and disrespectful about it. Honestly if she is gonna be rude with customers she should stay on the line and out of the window.

  This place should be closed down. On 5/4/26 I tried to place an order for a #6 3 Doritos locos taco and the 10 piece chicken bite combo via the app. The app wouldnt place the order. Said I need to pick a sauce. There was no option to pick a sauce. So when I got there I went in and tried the kiosk. Same issue. I told the employee there about the issue. He was confused he had no idea what to do. He said let me try this one. He used the old school terminal to take my order. He tells me to pay at the kiosk. I couldnt pay on the kiosk. Again he is puzzled. He finely finds the pin pad to the machine he is using. He asked what drinks I wanted. I said pepsi. He goes to the machine and says its being worked on but pepsi is ok. So they start making mu order. I get my pepsi’s and the color doesnt look right. They tasted nasty. I can hear the drive thru guy telling people its juice or water the machine is down. I go to put lids on my drinks and there are none. I ask for lids and im told they are by the salsa. No lids any where. Again employee is puzzled there are no lids. He gives me 2. They make all my food then realize they forgot to cook the chicken bites. By the time I get my food everything is cold. No one in this store has pride in their work! They do just enough to get a pay check. I even reached out to Taco bell corporate and nothing from them. Avoid this place.

  This location has never let me down. I come here after work and the food is hot and the service is friendly.

  Wouldn’t recommend coming here if your in a good mood CASEY was very rude in drive-through. I don’t think she should be working out a fast food place with a crappy attitude like hers… lettuce a little off colored
