  Diversified Restaurant Group David Grieve and SG Ellison. your Manager Ana needs to be fired shes rude, not training her staff, hangs up in your face and will disconnect phone line probably thought I wouldn't drive back. Her cooks are Wearing crooks in the kitchen talking about and laughing about paying customers. Illegally wants me to bring back food that has already been bitten and touched violating all health department regulations she will violate your civil rights. The manager Ana made my order and still managed to mess up the whole thing after already sending items while in the driver through. She is not fit to be a manger or anything that has to do with service. This manager has a horrible track record and if the person in charge of her can't do something about it I will 100% will be reaching out to corporate and whoever else I may need to reach out to including health department that Taco Bell will and need to be audited. 05/06/26 19:00 7:00PM

  A terrible experience at this taco bell! They messed up my order bad. I'm not the only unhappy customer at this location - there is a trend. This is a failure on the manager's part

  Wasn’t too happy with the portion size considering that I ordered two bean and cheese burrito and a burrito supreme they all looked exactly the same. I bought it to the manager saba ( i believe ) attention, and I was treated very poorly. Also, the condiment bar was filthy. It’s a weights and measure issue for me. If you pay for something bigger, that’s what it should be.

  Hello Anna,(possibly the managers name, when I asked for it EVERYONE behind the counter looked confused), I have been to this location MANY times. And have had great customer service here before. But today I am very disappointed!! First the I placed an order for GKs Tacos and a burrito. After waiting almost 30 minutes for someone to call me to pay for it (cause they were helping other customers) I walk back up to the counter and the girl with PURPLE hair tall and skinny, walks past me 3x before asking me if I need help. She tells me the total and according to all the signs I have seen the DTL tacos are apart of the GK taco thing. She says no. So I say take it off. I then pay for my food. Then they call me to pick it up. I grab it and was about to walk out but the lack of faith I have in your staff after asking for a managers name I decided to stop and check my food. I go through all my tacos, 2 of them are incorrect. I tell the staff and the lady then looks at my receipt to see if I am mistaken. I then assure her I am not, I have gone through ALL the tacos “THESE TWO ARE WRONG” then she asked me what they are supposed to be. I repeat it again. This is just ridiculous. If you all don’t want to be apart of the GK taco participation, then OPT out. All your customers should receive the same customer service. Needless to say I was not happy with this Taco Bell trip. Do better.

  While I’m stuck in this line I thought I’d write a review. Wish I could leave this line but the guy behind me didn’t get the memo when I tried to back up. Whoever is working 2/29 at 1228am is so slow.
