  Did you run out of lettuce and cheese?? The rest of the food was fine. Asked for hot sauce, saw it on the screen, but it wasn’t in the bag.

  Didn't have items available that were ordered from the app. Asked for a refund of unavailable items, and item refund was refused by manager. I requested the order be entirely canceled and refunded, and again, manager refused. I left with no food, and out the money I spent.. The managers also made regular staff face to face communicate with me instead of handling the issue themselves. I feel for the staff being led by poor management.

  Everyone was super nice, & the communication was good, they put love into their food, & their drive thru team was amazing & patient the girl with the curly hair and tattoos was super nice and she even complimented my new hair, super amazing crew, love this store.

  Jaz in the drive thru was extremely rude. They ask if I want sauce when I ordered but failed to put it in the bag. Now I have to get their attention to ask for sauce. She gives me one for three items. I had to ask for more which made her mad and she told me she was BUSY. I’m a customer too, so sorry to bother YOU!! Haven’t been back since.
