- LLLindaAug 31, 20264.0The only problem is the Taco Bell app. If the item is not available, it still shows that its available so you put it in your "bag" and only know because the order wont process. Why not have it marked unavailable? Oh, because that would be too easy. 🙄

However, I decided to try the brand new Taco Bell on Lamb & Centennial near the VA Hospital. Well, I have been disappointed once again. It's not like they were busy as I was the only customer. It was 9:30AM & I went through the drive thru. Very nice lady at the window, but the food was not good at all. I ordered five hard shell Taco Supremes. The shells were flat, soft & not crunchy like they should have been. In fact, three of them were broken. The meat was tasteless & not carefully prepared. The price of fast food has gone up, but the quality doesn't seem to improve these days. To the person in charge of this Taco Bell: Manager is not just a title + a few more $$ per hour. Responsibilities go with your title. You need to do so much better! There are many other places I could have spent that $18 & definitely will not be so impulsive in the future! 🫡
