  I don't eat Taco Bell too often. I've been disappointed too many times in the past. However, I decided to try the brand new Taco Bell on Lamb & Centennial near the VA Hospital. Well, I have been disappointed once again. It's not like they were busy as I was the only customer. It was 9:30AM & I went through the drive thru. Very nice lady at the window, but the food was not good at all. I ordered five hard shell Taco Supremes. The shells were flat, soft & not crunchy like they should have been. In fact, three of them were broken. The meat was tasteless & not carefully prepared. The price of fast food has gone up, but the quality doesn't seem to improve these days. To the person in charge of this Taco Bell: Manager is not just a title + a few more $$ per hour. Responsibilities go with your title. You need to do so much better! There are many other places I could have spent that $18 & definitely will not be so impulsive in the future! 🫡

  Showed up at 705 and was told they weren't ready to open and needed 20 mins. They open at 7 and should be ready on time. A company is only as good as thier word! Work harder!

  This Taco Bell is horrendous. The customer service is terrible and they make you go back through the line for everything. They made my drink incorrectly and made me go back through the drive through again to correct their error. No apology or correction. I will never come back here again. Save your money and take it to a different location.

  Would not recommend. Absolutely terrible experience at this Taco Bell location. I waited 20–30 minutes for my food just to find out my order was completely skipped and never even made while people who ordered after me got their food first. No communication, no apology, nothing. The staff looked completely lost and had no idea what they were doing. It was unorganized, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing to watch. Then I had to wait even longer just to get a refund because nobody seemed capable of handling the situation properly. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Huge waste of time and definitely won’t be coming back.
