They used to open at 7, and I'd often stop by on my way to work. I start at 7:30, so it was perfect.
However, they recently changed their opening time to 8, and I'm now no longer able to stop by before work for breakfast.

The staff running the front were so rude. I wanted to order from the app but the app wasn’t processing any orders. So I asked about help and they were rude and didn’t even offer to help. They just said I had to order there. They also didn’t even offer to link my account to the order I made. Also, how I’m I supposed to know my order number to leave a suggestion on the website if they don’t even offer a receipt. Luckily I ended up ordering 1 item and got a recipe for that because I used the kiosk - psych - that receipt had an order number but didn’t have the right amount of numbers to leave a suggestion.
Also, is it too hard to ask to have a baby changing station in the bathroom?? It’s 110 degrees outside and I had to change my baby’s diaper in the car because there was not place to change her inside. This location sucks.

If I could, I would not even give one . I am extremely disappointed by the way my three-year-old son and I were treated at this Taco Bell tonight around 9:00 PM.
After placing my order at the drive-thru speaker, I realized I needed to add one drink to the order. There wasn’t a car behind me, so I slightly backed up to add it at the speaker instead of waiting until the window because I was trying to be respectful of the employees.
I asked for a Sprite and was told they didn’t have it. I then asked for a Hi-C and was told they didn’t have that either. I politely asked what drinks were available so I could order something they actually had. Instead of simply answering my question, the employee responded, “You didn’t ask for nothing.” That response was unnecessary and unprofessional.
When I got to the window, I calmly asked the general manager, Charessa, if she had heard the way I had been spoken to because I simply hoped she would provide constructive coaching to the employee. Instead, she immediately accused me of having an attitude, said I was running up their drive-thru time, refused to serve me, and told me I needed to leave.
When I asked for the corporate number, Charessa told me, “It’s 1-800-Taco Bell. You can leave or I’m going to call the police.” She then closed the drive-thru window in my face.
I never raised my voice, used profanity, or became disrespectful. I simply wanted to be treated with the same courtesy and respect that I believe every customer deserves.
I drove away in tears. I rarely eat fast food, but I chose to spend my money at this location, and instead my son and I left feeling embarrassed and humiliated.
I sincerely hope the franchise owner reviews the drive-thru audio and video from approximately 9:00 PM to 9:25 PM because it will show exactly what happened. This experience wasn’t about food—it was about respect, professionalism, and customer service. I truly hope no other family has to experience what my son and I experienced tonight.

It's a taco bell, you know what you're getting in terms of food. This location was very clean though, and the staff was super friendly. Would come back here again next time im craving taco bell!
