  I love the Wynn and I will die on this hill believing it’s one of the best hotels on the Strip. When we visited Tableau over New Year’s, we had such a wonderful experience that we were excited to come back this time. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience, and I was really disappointed by how much the restaurant seems to have declined. The service was incredibly slow despite the restaurant not being busy. We repeatedly had to flag down different waiters just to get updates on individual items we were waiting for. I completely understand that we were assigned a specific server, but when that server is busy and we ask another team member for a simple update like where the milk for our coffee is, I would expect someone to follow up. Unfortunately, that never happened. The one thing that remains exceptional is the design. Tableau is genuinely stunning and such a beautiful space. Sadly, the service and food did not live up to the setting. The food was mediocre, and I’ve attached a photo of our very underwhelming breakfast. Not only was it so sad to look at, it was even sadder to see that it was $42 for the plate (plus an even sadder tiny fruit bowl). It’s particularly disappointing because Tableau was one of the restaurants we enjoyed most during our last visit. I really hope they can turn things around because the space has so much potential, and I’d love to have the same great experience we had before.

  Just finished three days in Vegas. Went to Tableau every morning for breakfast. The team is so efficient and warm and friendly. Just wonderful. And the food is superb. Pro tip - don’t sleep on the lemon curd hotcakes with blueberries!!

  Tableau is an absolute must-visit when staying at or visiting the Wynn! Beautiful garden and poolside views, gorgeous decor, and incredible food. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend for breakfast or lunch!

  I’m writing this review before we’ve even been seated, so this has nothing to do with the food or the waitstaff. I’m sure the meal may be excellent, but I think it’s important to share our experience with the reservation process. We had an 11:00 a.m. reservation, arrived on time, and checked in as instructed. We were told the restaurant was running behind and that we’d receive a text when our table was ready. It’s now 11:40 a.m., and we’re still waiting. I completely understand that delays happen, especially on a busy day. What has been frustrating is watching numerous parties arrive after us and be seated while we’re still waiting for the reservation we made in advance. It makes it difficult to understand the purpose of having a reservation in the first place. To be clear, this review is not a reflection of the food or the waitstaff, as we haven’t even been seated yet. It’s simply about the reservation experience. Waiting 40 minutes past a reservation time especially with a two-year-old is disappointing, and I hope the restaurant can improve how it manages reservations so guests who plan ahead are accommodated fairly.
