  A very disappointing Mother’s Day celebration. After significant research through the Concierge regarding options for Mother’s Day brunch at the Wynn, we selected Tableau for our party at six to celebrate three mothers. We were extremely disappointed. After waiting 10+ minutes to be greeted, we were told we could not order brunch, only lunch. We asked if Chef could make us eggs Benedict since there was a $39 bacon and egg option on the menu but we were told a flat out no. Reluctantly, a few of us ordered a chicken sandwich that was inedible with soggy bread. While we prefer to stay at The Wynn Towers when in Las Vegas, we would never go back to the Tableau restaurant. It is certainly not in keeping with the standards we experience at the Wynn!

  We made a reservation for Mother’s Day through the Concierge at the Wynn Towers after much research on restaurants in the hotel. We wanted brunch not lunch and were told it would be a Mother’s Day Brunch. We arrived and were seated. It took a good 15 minutes for anyone to even come offer us a drink or water. When our waiter finally came over we asked where the Brunch menu was and were told we could only order Lunch. We said we were told differently and he said he would ask the Chef. He came back with a big NO. We were then only able to order lunch which we didn’t want but said ok because there were no other options on Mother’s Day. I and my friend ordered the chicken sandwich which was literally inedible. It was so over done. My husband had the Steak frites which he enjoyed. Overall a very disappointing experience for a lot of money. And the kicker, not even a flower for the Moms. Tableau needs to do better.

  The food and staff at Tableau were amazing! Our server suggested several dishes for us to try, and she was absolutely spot on — everything was delicious. The service, atmosphere, and the beauty of the restaurant made the entire experience outstanding. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality!

  Kudos to Summer, one of the GMs at Tableau, for going out of her way to make up for a disappointing change. I come to Vegas to celebrate my birthday every year and brunch at Tableau is always on my list of “musts” to celebrate. Since they reopened, they no longer offer the brunch option. I was extremely disappointed to learn that we would not be able to get their Eggs Benedict, even though we had a reservation for 11:30 on a Sunday (also Mother’s Day) now. Both Angel and Summer knew of my disappointment and made us a reservation at Terrace Pointe Cafe so I could still get Eggs Benedict today. I can only hope that Tableau goes back to a brunch option, at least on weekends. Cheers!

  The service is good here and the atmosphere is pretty nice. However the vegan food options are terrible. They used to have some great options. Now they have one lunch option which is $30.00 for a few slivers of mushrooms and veggies. Servings are ridiculously small and prices are way too high. The complimentary bread was stale. This place used to be good and I have been here a dozen times over the years but I will never go back. This is what is becoming of Vegas in general. Prices go up but the quality and experice is plummeting.
