  Decided to come in just for the fish and chips, drove from centennial... All the way to Silverton because someone recommended it. Maybe my experience would be better if I set up my phone on a tripod. Service was slow for the amount of people running around and a few tables occupied. I've been in this industry so my expectations aren't very high. Ordered fish and chips with salad and ranch, husband ordered the steak and egg breakfast. The first person to greet me was not happy that I needed strawberry jam wiped off the table from the previous patrons, not my fault but she was inconvenienced. Our server Maggie was friendly. She brought me my salad, the ranch dressing was ranch flavored milk, you can see from the pictures it was watered down or not made properly... Decided not to ask for a side for the fries. Watched our food get placed under the salamander next to a bowl of fries. Ate my salad, and as I passed it to my husband to finish., The food for our table and next to us was removed from the heat and placed on a tray. The toast was finally placed in the toaster and the condiments for the fish and chips were being made and plated. Once it was all together, it was brought over. Next to us for got and fresh food because they ordered after us. His eggs were over cooked from sitting under the heat so long. The fries were rubber and slightly warm. The fish wasn't crunchy, it was rubbery and dry... Over cooked. I watched every server pick up orders, grab tongs and place a grip of old fries on the plates and serve them. Holding times on fried is 8 minutes, they sat there for 20 minutes. I watched the cook refill that bowl of fries once while I sat there. I was told I needed to ask for fresh fries when I place my order, I shouldn't have to ask for fresh food when I order. I could have gone across the street to Burger King if I wanted soggy old fries. I was offered an apology and a scoop of ice cream to make you for this. I explained the situation to the cashier when she asked how it was and nothing was done, no manager brought over... Just shrugged shoulders. I told her I will never come back, my first time there and won't be back. $22 for an inedible meal. If anyone reads this and decides to try eating there anyway, watch the kitchen, set a timer on your phone. Pay attention to when food comes up and sits there. They weren't busy so there was absolutely no excuse for shortcuts in the kitchen

  It's inside the Silverton casino so the atmosphere is just that but the food is good and the people are friendly

  Kelly our Server is 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I've been in F & B, she knows how to treat her clients. Abraham her Busser. Spot on. Sometimes we done out for necessity. Sometimes we're hungry. Sometimes there's no other choices. Sundance is a cute, clean,and well-run lil spot. Nice menu choices. A lil higher than u should be paying for an Off-Strip Casino, but it's Vegas... The menu could use a few "Vegetarian or Vegan" choices. The Gelato is fun and yummy.

  My family and I have been coming here for about eight years, but this restaurant has really gone downhill. The food isn’t as good as it used to be, and the service has gotten much worse. Our last two visits were so disappointing that we walked out. The wait times were very long, and the service was poor. On one visit, the waitress asked what I wanted to drink but started walking away before I could finish answering and telling her how I wanted it made. On another visit , my wife received her food before I did, which wasn’t a big deal but she didn’t have everything she ordered and when my meal finally arrived, it was made wrong and I was missing some food as well I understand restaurants get busy, but good customer service still matters. It’s disappointing to see how much this place has changed.

  Went for the late night steak and egg deal. Service definitely left something to be desired. The server was rude and did not answer our questions or really let us speak at all. I tried to ask about ordering an extra side with the steak and eggs, (which I saw/heard other tables do just fine) and was only told what the meal comes with before the server walked away. When the server finally came back I asked about ordering an extra side again, since all I wanted to get was some toast. Server seemed very upset that I was trying to order more food, and seemed very upset when asking me what kind of bread I wanted. The other person at my table also wanted toast, since we weren’t able to ask about more sides beforehand. When they tried to clarify what kinds of bread were available (since I had been asked what kind I wanted), the server ignored them and just responded “So you both want toast then.” before walking away again. The food was pretty good, however both the person I was with and myself (both ordered same thing) got sick after so I would be careful. Besides the issue with our server, the other staff member I interacted with who checked us out was very nice and the experince ended on a pleasant note because of her. I’d maybe try going earlier in the day or mid afternoon and skip the night meal deal.
