  Customer service is horrible. No great No eye contact When told hello, no words just a grunt. Then, having to wait for phone orders to be finished? No one else is there. Good job Management

  I'll be up there first thing in morning to get my money back, if I go now ... 😮‍💨. Make sure you preserve the video footage at 1:13am - 1:19am !!!!!!!!

  We pulled up around 4am on 5/12. The woman took her time making both of our sandwiches. Added our cookies and goes to ring us up and says the system is down for 5-25 minutes. We said we didn’t wanna wait 25 minutes and instead of just giving them to us she just threw them away and we left. Terrible. If you’re just throwing them away give them to us.

  I’ve been here a couple of times, and there is a lady named Jovita who is really rude. The first time I let it slide, but today was just not okay. I asked if I could get lettuce that wasn’t from the display/container because it looked too reddish and not fresh. She responded that all the lettuce was like that and that they received it in bad condition… and that’s what they’re using for sandwiches. That’s honestly concerning—there’s no way all the lettuce should be in bad shape, and if it is, it shouldn’t be served to customers. On top of that, her attitude was really poor. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. Definitely not a good experience.
