  I found The Starburst Parlour while searching for keto-friendly spots for my trip to Las Vegas from New York, and this place is truly heaven for anyone with food intolerances or dietary restrictions. I wanted to preorder bagels to bring home but wasn’t sure which day of my trip I’d make it to the bakery, and the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and flexible throughout the process. I was already excited to visit, but the experience exceeded my expectations! The bakery has the cutest retro vibe and such a fun atmosphere to sit and relax in. As soon as we walked in, the staff warmly greeted us and even asked about food allergies, which I really appreciated. The owner and her son were both so kind, attentive, and welcoming. There were so many amazing options that I wanted to try everything, but I ended up getting a cinnamon roll, a red velvet cupcake, and an iced coffee with homemade caramel sauce and their signature pink whipped cream. My sister got an egg sandwich on a jalapeño biscuit, which she loved. Of course, I had to bring home a box of treats too: chocolate chip cookies, a peanut butter chocolate cookie, a pistachio chocolate brownie, and my preordered everything and cinnamon blueberry bagels. Every single thing we tried was phenomenal. I honestly wish I lived in Vegas so I could come here all the time. If you’re visiting Las Vegas, I highly recommend adding The Starburst Parlour to your itinerary. And if you’re a local… I’m jealous!

  I have been a long time patron, long before there was a storefront, in the loneliness of front porch drop offs during the pandemic, during which I ordered many meals from Starburst. Jill and her bakery have been a shining light in the midst of my kidney disease and doctors recommendations. I lived a fully Keto lifestyle for 4 years. I am not a medical professional and I was under the care of physicians and medications so I'm not giving medical advice. But I have been free to eat what I would like for the last 3 years and I still love everything that I order in this gem of an establishment. The service is always fantastic and their new location is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend the pizza and the bagels. Get yourself a scoop of ice cream before you leave.

  I have been meaning to try this place for a long time and I am so happy I made it! First of all I need to clear up, the AI summary is saying there is no seating, which is incorrect. Their new space, in the same shopping mall, has tables and a counter for dining in! I recently found out I have a wheat allergy. Huge bummer 🙁. But places like this exist, so turn that frown upside down 🙂. I had the Polish dog 🤤, an affogato🍨☕ and some treats to go! This place is so weird, retro and Vegas coded! Impeccable vibes! I will be back as often as the fates allow!

  This establishment is an absolute treasure! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jill, whose story is as inspiring as her restaurant is beautiful. The space is wonderfully spacious and curated with a "vintage cute" aesthetic that creates a truly welcoming atmosphere. ​As someone who hasn't indulged in dessert for months, I was thrilled to find a menu that is entirely gluten-free and sugar-free. The flavors are spectacular—the ice cream paired with a brownie was so delicious it was hard to believe it fit my wellness goals. Jill’s warmth and helpfulness made the visit feel even more special. ​If you are looking for an amazing vibe and high-quality treats that respect your body, this is the place to be.

  I feel so emotional writing this. I am a type 2 diabetic that has been fighting this battle with my life. It's HARD to find a place where a diabetic can still enjoy regular food and sweets and this place is amazing!!!! SUPER clean ingredients and the owner and son are soooo nice!!! They really cared and they informed me so well on everything! I was trying so hard not to cry feeling like a kid in a candy store for the first time in forever where I felt free to get anything on the menu without feeling so restricted. I will definitely be back!!! Thank you for showing my family such love and patience! Please if you are a local or even visiting please give this place a try! I really wanna see this business rise to the top because it's rare for us diabetics to have such freedom when ordering a meal. They also have a reward system which is great! Even the coffee is delicious and the pizza sooooo cheesy! I love it even my son loved it!! You have a loyal customer that is more then excited to come back!! Seriously though the customer service is chefs kiss!!!!! And not to mention how beautiful it is inside and so clean!!! Personal message to the owner and son: Thank you for showing such compassion, your spirit and energy is so powerful and welcoming. YOU are what makes this business great and I hope a rainfall of money and success comes your way! You DESERVE it!!!! ❤️🥰🫂 Update: I had a coffee, pizza, and cheesecake from here and when I went to test my blood sugar it was 98!!! Amazing!!!
