  It is 110 degrees outside. How do you not make sure your slush machine is working!!! Very disappointing.

  Only ordered 3 drinks..... they were all wrong. . .. owner replied saying they would check beverages before completing the order but this is not the first time this has happened. Employees are to busy chatting.,on there phones or just to lazy to double check what they are doing... cherry dr.pepper looks a lot different than ocean water... it hasn't changed at this location and I bet it won't anytime soon....

  Worst service EVER...I LOVE THE FOOD, DELICIOUS TOTS, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED 😑 😫 😒 AS A MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINER...they need my help bad. I waited over five minutes JUST TO ORDER...ALL they had to say is we're busy on the stupid microphone and I would have left. Then I do a GOOD DEED to report the shitty service incident and they YELL. AT ME LIKE MY EX WIFE USED TOO. THEN AFTER TAKING MY ORDER. I STILL WAIT FOR A #1..NOTBA SPECIAL ORDER. AND IM STILL WAITING ✋️ OUTSIDE..with not one APOLOGY FOR LOUSY SERVICE.. NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN...ITS A TUESDAY But..the Manager did come out to explain things, GAVE ME FREE FOOD AND TWO SODAS...SO SHE MADE UP FOR THE CRAPPY SERVICE...MUCH RESPECT IN DOING THAT
