  I'm just giving a shout out to the worker on Sunday night that TIED the bag of I bought. YOU ARE A FREAKING ROCKSTAR! 💪🏼 Finally someone gets it! That's why the whole place got the highest rating. All these years, finally it made sense to someone to do it differently making it better. SONIC PLEASE FIND WHO DID THIS BECAUSE IF THEY ARE NOT A MANAGER THEN THEY NEED A RAISE, OR RECOGNIZED WITH MORE THAN A PIECE OF PAPER/CERTIFICATE THAT IS WASTEFUL. MORE INCITIVES FROM THE CORPORATION. MONEY IS INCENTIVE, NOT A PAT ON THE BACK, REAL RECOGNITION LIKE A FULL PAID FAMILY TRIP TO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS. SO GIVE THIS AMAZING SOUL WHATS DUE FOR MAKING A DISABLED WOMAN'S LIFE NOT ONLY EASIER BUT HELPED AN OLDER LADY LIKE MYSELF HAVE HOPE IN A GENERATION OF PRANKSTERS.   I asked for a blue slushie with vanilla ice cream in it, at first they said it had to be blended, but made the way I wanted delicious thanks guys.

  I rarely go to Sonic but I decided to give it a try since it was close to me on my way home. I ordered easy enough but the waiter guy brought me the wrong order. I had to call back through the intercom and said I had the wrong order, but she didn't acknowledge it. I had to call back and say, "Did you get what I said?" She said, "He's on the way," and then they brought me the order again. The order was still wrong. The good thing is it looked like it was probably about the same price but it wasn't what I ordered. The food was okay. The service could have been a little better.

  Pulled in thinking id get a quick shake. While waiting THIRTY DAMN MINS for my shake i witnessed two parking lot fights, and 1 employee going in and out the door to the same customer sitting at a table. Taking food in and out looks like they kept getting her order wrong. I tried to flag the workers down twice and got ignored. So i got out of my truck and went to the door of the kitchen, i stood there for like 5 mins waiting for someone to come out, they all just stood there n stared at me. Finally that same employee comes out, i said excuse me, she snaps at me with “im busy” so i said real fast before she could run inside. “30 mins for a shake is ridiculous trash!!” She goes inside and yells shake real loud. Another person brings it out, says the shake was just sitting on the counter. Complete TRASH SERVICE.
