  Food ALWAYS cold and PLEASE dont put any special requests on your drink it will not be fulfilled… let’s not forget it comes with an attitude and smart remarks. It the closest one to my house but the drive to a different establishment is definitely worth it.

  i arrive in the drive through at 1:44 a.m. to get just a bag of ice and nothing more, the cashier doesnt respond until 1:45, promptly asking if im placing an order or picking up, i said order, and was told 'we dont take orders from 1:45 a.m. to 2:15 a.m.'. whats the point of ASKING if i was going to order if youre not gonna take it.

  Excesivamente lentos, son super lentos en mis dos ultimas visitas mas de 30 min, y de espera y con muy poca gente estacionada, y aparte les preguntas y son muy groseros , esto solo me ha pasado al momento en esta ubicación de esta franquicia.

  The incompetence here is so insurmountable. I waited almost 25 minutes for my food to come out after I had already checked in on the app. I had a check in one more time with the red button and people who were here after me, got their food faster than I did. It’s really showing in North Las Vegas education level.

  I asked for a blue coconut slushy with the ice cream on top, not mixed or creamy. I had to repeat this several times because the young lady could not comprehend this for some reason. I pulled up to the window to receive my order and when she handed it to me I noticed it was mixed. I once again told her I did not want it mixed I wanted the ice cream on top. She then proceeded to tell me they don't have ice cream. So then I asked for my money back which I paid cash. So then the manager comes over and I explain the whole thing to her. She was already in a pissed off mood . She said the same thing that they don't have ice cream. So I'm wondering what is the Blue Coconut slush mixed with? Lol So then the manager ready lady just rips it out of my hand spilling slushy down the side of my car door. And then she comes back and says the money is going back on my card and I told her I paid cash. The whole thing was just a mess, they don't know what they're doing. I eventually got my money back in cash. I proceeded to head to another Sonic on Camino Al Norte and I only had to say my order one time and he got it exactly right the first time. A blue coconut slushy with the ice cream on top.
