  Tired of going there getting the wrong order! Kim is the only one who makes my order correct and she makes sure it is. The others who work there make my order wrong every time. It is very sad that you only have one employee that can make an order correct. Because the young girl in the drive-through window just doesn’t care.

  TRAIN BETTER OR HIRE BETTER! Service was very bad a teenage boy had to most horrible approach when taking orders and the tone of voice just made you want to pull off right away. 230PM on 4/18

  All I did was order a large strawberry cheesecake Shake so they hand it to me with no crumbles on the top and no cherry I let them know then they just give it to me with just the crumbles on top send it back for a second time to get a cherry put on top now when I go there they make my drinks like crap cuz I go there every day and I'll probably have to find a new Sonic nearby teach these people how to make their orders
