  Been coming here for years, food is always good, no complaints. Drink orders are always messed up everytime I go, seems to have gotten worse lately. Always get a route 44 size for the drink for long trips and no matter if you ask for no ice or less ice, it's always filled to the brim with ice and the drink is gone in seconds haha. It tastes great when it's made right, but there's always something missing even with no customizations whatsoever.

  Do they ever get the orders right? I paid extra for a second flavor. I only ordered ONE thing. I got NO Oreos, and I had 1/4 inch of chocolate syrup at the bottom of my large not so chocolatey shake! The order taker was pleasant, but didn't offer me a receipt, so I have no idea how much I was charged or if I was charged for my own order, since he brought the credit card reader to me.

  complaint regarding the self-order kiosk at your location. I regularly visit around 10:00 PM, and almost every time the self-order system is not being monitored or answered. As a result, I am forced to go through the drive-thru even when I would prefer to use the kiosk. This has happened repeatedly, not just once or twice, and it is frustrating to see a service available but not actually being used. If the self-order kiosk is not going to be available late at night, customers should be informed, or staff should ensure it is being monitored properly. I enjoy Sonic and visit frequently, but I hope this issue can be addressed to improve the customer experience.
