  I went to sonic and I oder 2 Sundays there server was not good the ice cream was melted and I asked were the peanus and to top they didn't have my order when I pulled up it suck ill never go back

  I'm writing to complain about my order. Not only did I receive the wrong food, but I also ordered cheese groovy fries and premium chicken bites, and received neither. When I called to fix it, the worker I spoke with was unhelpful and hung up on me. This is unacceptable customer service, and I expect a refund and compensation for this error and my wasted time.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Sonic thanks to the incredible staff! Alondra, Frank, and Stephanie were absolutely amazing. Their customer service was top-notch, they were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers, but they went above and beyond to create a great experience. The food was fresh, the service was fast, and their positive attitudes made my visit even better. Thank you, Alondra, Frank, and Stephanie, for your outstanding service. I highly recommend this Sonic location and will definitely be back! 🙌🏽✨
