  This place really needs to get it together. I ordered a big meal for my family along with four different ice cream shakes, and it took 30 minutes for everything to be ready. To make matters worse, they made the shakes first, so by the time I got the rest of my order, the shakes were completely melted. That’s not how you handle a large order.

  Gotta love half price drinks and slushies from 2pm-4pm. Couldn’t have asked for a better time. And the new drink selection is fire!!

  Every time I get food or drinks its good, but if you get unlucky they will be short staffed, even if you only get 2 drinks it can take up to an hour

  Never been to a sonix where you have to pay for a refill specially in a state that is super hot.

  Service is horrible and food is even worse. Everytime I place a mobile order while I'm sitting and this place never has the food at the time. If you order a blast just know it will be melted or half full before they give it to you. Don't order slushes because its always watery and not frozen. Plus they dont add syrup. Gave them 3 chances to get it right and they never do. The place is never packed and now you know why... they care more about playing they giving good service.
