For $16.99, I expected a carne asada burrito that was noticeably larger or better than the competition. Unfortunately, it wasn’t any bigger and didn’t taste any better than Roberto’s or Fausto’s, two of my local go-tos. I could have gotten two carne asada burritos from either place for nearly the price of one here—or just a few dollars more.
I’ve visited the Sayulitas locations in San Diego and on Las Vegas Boulevard, and those locations truly live up to the slogan, “Home of the Big Ass Burritos.” Unfortunately, this location did not. Very disappointing for the price.
I came here today with my wife and toddler, I bought on burrito 3 tacos and a drink, for almost 50 bucks! The food was meh at best the burrito was wrapped so sloppy it fell apart before I even unwrapped it. The tacos had no seasoning the tortillas were hard and dry. As someone who works in taquerias and is well acquainted with this line of work this is embarrassing! I would most definitely not come back and would recommend everyone else to go up the street and try casa de sabor.

I could’ve just went to the store and bought hot Cheetos and a jar of cheese and cooked my own meat for 22$ for a box of chips and nothing else. Don’t do takeout here. They’re very lazy. The only time the food is good is when you come in person or they’ll send your food like this undone and not right
Food is marginal for mexican food. Had the famed bacon wrapped burrito. The bacon was not good tasting not sure if old or just poor quality. . $3 dollar add on for beans in burrito, $3 for sour cream. For Drink and 1 moderately sized burrito $33.
Insult to injury, is food is marginal. Service staff was nice but for the quality food is very overpriced. There is much better tasting mexican food nearby regardless of the cost. Will not return. Atmosphere is comfy and cool.
I was honestly skeptical about this place. I ordered right at opening.i had the bacon wrapped carne asada burrito. My son had the bacon breakfast burrito and his mother had the carne asada. I love food and I cook everyday so I like to consider myself someone that knows food and flavor. My first bit of that damn bacon wrapped burrito was pure heaven wrapped in bacon. We paid 60 bucks for the three burritos but we thought it was well worth the money. The lady at the counter was very nice and made sure I knew where everything was at salsas were all tasty and well thought out and not too hot.We will be returning for sure. Thanks Salyulitas
