This is the one place that I would go out of my way to stop by. The food used to be amazing and huge! It used to be worth every penny spent. I don't know if it was inflation, new cook, or if it just went down the toilet. I spent $47 for a burrito that was no bigger than the ones you get from Betos and a Hot Cheetos Quesadila that was so burnt that they must have forgotten about it. The worst part is that once I was ready to eat it there was a plastic lid to a sauce container! It didn't even come with sauce, guacamole, or sour cream. The lid was melted! See photos! I literally came from Utah to enjoy these amazing burritos and quesadillas but now it's nothing but trash! Don't eag from here learn from my mistake so you don't have to experience the same disappointment I had.

This place is a home run!! I saw other reviews of the pac-man burrito so I got that and was not disappointed! The sauces at the lil sauce bar are pretty stellar so don’t sleep on that. The lady who took care of me was super sweet. I don’t know how really since I saw three different people sit right across from her on some noisy speakerphone conversation. I’d have to squirt hot sauce in their eyes! Haha jk. Kinda. Anyways one regular size burrito is easily two meals and I can eat! I thought the prices were right where they should be honestly. I’ve paid more for far lesser quality and this is a place I’ll come back to!!

If you’re in Vegas and craving bold, over-the-top Mexican food, Sayulitas is a must-try. The portions are massive (seriously, come hungry), and everything is packed with flavor. Their burritos are the real star—loaded with creative combinations that somehow just work. The carne asada is juicy and well-seasoned, and the salsas bring just the right kick.
The vibe is casual and fun, perfect for a late-night bite or a laid-back meal with friends. Service can get a little hectic during peak hours, but that’s part of the charm, it’s popular for a reason. Prices are fair considering how much food you get.
Not the place for a light meal, but if you want something indulgent and memorable, Sayulitas definitely delivers.

Sayulitas is an interesting little place. It's small, probably enough room for 15-20 people tops. The menu is moderate in size. Known for their large, calorie packed burritos, they have a TV dedicated to playing different video clips of them making their burritos. Which is way better than watching the food network and seeing other food you wish you were eating instead.
The burritos generally range around $20-25 and some going higher. They have taco's, salads, tortas, and much more. We opted for the Al Pastor Torta and the Carnitas Torta. Each around $20-21 which also include a side of shoestring fries (sigh).
The sandwiches were a good size and not the worst that I've had, but also not the best. I think it could have used a bit more pineapple citrus flavor to give it the Al Pastor taste. The Carnitas was definitely the better of the two meals.
All in all, I'd say that the food was OK, the atmosphere was fine, but for the price, I wasn't impressed. Maybe for Vegas pricing it's considered a really good meal for what you pay for, but I don't see it.
The staff was extremely friendly and patient while we figured out what we wanted.

I ordered a Diabla shrimp burrito, I received some kind of fried fish burrito and some shrimp and lettuce. More like a Baja style burrito, what saw online was the Diabla burrito was rice, diabla shrimp and sour cream, I added onions and cilantro. Instead I got lettuce, pico ,fried fish maybe and some shrimp. I really wished I got what I ordered, or maybe this it and they haven't updated the menu. Either way the only thing saving this right now is the creamy orange salsa.
