Had a decent experience at Saltgrass Steak House. The restaurant itself is pretty cool, especially the huge window facing the swimming pool which gave the place a nice atmosphere. We ordered the Steak & Eggs and a Medium Rare Ribeye with asparagus and a side of shrimp. Unfortunately, both steaks were overcooked. I asked for medium rare but mine came out medium, while my friend’s ribeye came out well done and pretty chewy. The sides were fine, but for a steakhouse, the steaks should really be cooked correctly. Service was okay, nothing bad but nothing memorable either. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but with so many better steakhouses in the area, I’m not sure I’d come back.

I ate here twice during my stay at The Golden Nugget. Great value and choice cuts. The Cajun Ribeye was so good, I had to get it both times. Huge thanks to Ferdinand, Sammy, and David for making my experience at Saltgrass outstanding. I’ll return every time I’m looking for a solid dinner on Fremont St.

Food was bad, not sure how you call yourself a steakhouse and don't even season any of the steaks you serve. Literally just a hunk of subpar meat with no seasoning at all. Charging prices that don't line up with the quality whatsoever.

The best shrimp cocktail of my life. I would go back to have that as a meal. The whole meal was great and the service was excellent. This is located in the Golden Nugget and I can’t wait to try it again.

We were there for dinner for the third time and one of the guest insulin levels began to drop significantly. I ran to the bar to quickly get a little orange juice and he said it would be 5 dollars. I stated, thats not a problem, but I needed the juice now before he went into shock. He refused to give me the juice. I proceeded to ask another bartender and he also stated, "That has nothing to do with me." I eventually paid for the juice, and went to find the guest for him to drink it. I was so upset that I returned the $25 drink that I ordered and refused to eat dinner. That little bit of OJ that I needed for him cost the restaurant a loss of $125.00. The manager came and wanted to explain their policy to me, but at that point, I was done. My question is when did policy become more important than humanity? After I expressed my anger is when they offered ginger ale for free. All of this could've been avoided if the bartenders only had an ounce of humanity in them. Simply appalling. What a way to treat patrons at your establishment.
