  Are servers name was Taylor, he was amazing,he knew the menu, his suggestions where spot on ,I had the 16oz rib eye and sweet potato fries as well as a ceaser salad, one of the people in are group was celiac (glutian free) ,was great making sure her order was safe, there where 9 of us and we didn't wait long for anything, thanks Taylor

  Steakhouse a prezzi corretti e di buona qualità. La NY strip buona, forse non indimenticabile ma buona. Le costine di maiale fall-of-the-bone davvero splendide. Buono anche il mac&cheese di contorno. La lista dei dolci non ha i prezzi e questo non mi sembra corretto. Il locale niente di che, anche il servizio così cosi

  This place is what happens when a Friday night in downtown Vegas decides to have a full-blown mental breakdown and then open a steakhouse inside the chaos. Golden Nugget on a Friday is pure, undiluted mayhem. The kind of energy where you start questioning every decision that led you to this exact square of carpet. We valeted the car and the line was longer than my last relationship. Registration was wrapped all the way through the hotel like some kind of bureaucratic conga line from hell. Thank God we checked in the day before or we would’ve just started living in the lobby and raising children there. We ended up at Saltgrass the way most great decisions happen: a long string of “I don’t care” and “whatever you want” until suddenly you’re sitting down and someone is asking you how you want your meat murdered. Party of three. Mini family reunion. Seated pretty quick, which honestly felt suspicious given the rest of the building was operating like a simulation that was lagging. We ordered the smoked mac and cheese, a 16-ounce ribeye, some cheese and broccoli, and another 9-ounce ribeye because apparently two steaks is the correct number of steaks when you’re emotionally unstable and hungry. The steaks are legitimately good for the price. Juicy. Filling. Definitely came from an animal that once had opinions and a heartbeat. Not some lab-grown sadness. Real cow energy. You can taste the commitment. The smoked mac and cheese was so good it made me reconsider every life choice that wasn’t this mac and cheese. Full of carbs. Thick. Unapologetic. The kind of side dish that looks at your diet and says “we’re not doing that anymore.” I would’ve fought someone for the last spoonful and I’m not even proud of that. From what I could tell, the second steak and the broccoli were just as solid. Everybody cleaned their plates like we were being graded. No leftovers. No “I’m full.” Just pure demolition. Drinks were good. Nothing revolutionary, but they did the job. And our waiter—pretty sure his name was Trevor—was the real MVP of the night. Dude was cracking jokes, keeping the energy up, and genuinely apologizing that the hotel somehow doesn’t have a refrigerator situation so we could take cake back to the room. Like he personally felt bad that Vegas decided refrigeration was optional that day. Absolute legend behavior. Would I go back? Probably, the next time my decision-making skills take a day off and the city is on fire. The steaks slap, the mac is a cry for help, and Trevor is out here doing the Lord’s work in a building that feels like it’s actively trying to kill you.

  Si vous cherchez un excellent steakhouse à Las Vegas sans faire exploser votre budget, Saltgrass Steak House, au Golden Nugget, vaut vraiment le détour. On nous l’avait recommandé pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix, et nous n’avons pas été déçus. J’ai mangé les meilleures côtes levées de ma vie, servies avec des crevettes. La viande était tendre, savoureuse et parfaitement cuite. De son côté, ma femme a choisi la poitrine de poulet, qu’elle a beaucoup appréciée. Mention spéciale aux fèves vertes en accompagnement, qui étaient excellentes. Petit plus très apprécié : les boissons gazeuses sont à volonté. Au final, une facture de moins de 100 $ pour deux personnes dans un steakhouse à Las Vegas, c’est franchement une très belle surprise. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter!
