  We had a great time tonight at the rainforest cafe! Restaurant was clean, easily accessible (one member of our party uses a walking aid) and the food was remarkably delicious! A pleasant change from the last time I went to a Rainforest Cafe. Our server Lisa was a delight! She made the experience a lot of fun and made sure we were well taken care of, including ensuring food safety for multiple different allergies at the table.

  My sister and I went here as walk-ins, you will definitely wait. Especially if you are going primetime summer, so I recommend for you to get a reservation beforehand! It is definitely a fun experience coming here, as the animals animatronics and decorations make it seem like a safari. Food is solid. It’s a fun experience for all ages! I wish they had these locations closer to my home but they’re sadly closed.

  Amazon Ashley really made my birthday special. I decided to have my birthday at the rainforest cafe and relive the best parts of my childhood. As a kid, I loved rainforest cafe with the fun decorations and thunderstorms. We had decorations and Ashley joined in on wearing our insect antennae headbands. She was wonderful and such a lovely person. Ashley made our experience so much fun and I’m glad she was the one helping us!

  I Love this place. The only thing that would make this place cooler is if they figured out how to play movies like Rio and Madagascar off the roof, walls and floors. Especially in the waiting area for kids. This will help pass the time. Wait times can get up to 30+ minutes. The website allows for reservations but this doesn't guarantee that you won't wait. There is a bar in the restaurant away from the main seating which is nice. We are going back soon. I like the simple dish, fish and chips. For comfort, Pot Roast hits the spot. Servings are ample in my opinion. The scenery is like no other.

  This was a very unique experience for my family and I. The atmosphere was out of this world and unlike any other restaurant. They do a great job in with all the decorations and theatrics with the trees, animals moving, and sounds. They only thing that was disappointing was the service. We arrived just before the lunch rush and waited to be seated for almost ten minutes before someone came over to us. Once we were sat down at a table, it took over another ten minutes to have the waitress stop by. In the meantime, other tables that were sat at after we came in, were already receiving their food. We somehow kept falling through the cracks. Other than the timely service, everything else there was great. It is upstairs but I did see an elevator for those that can't take the stairs.
