  We had a great experience at Rainforest Cafe on the Las Vegas Strip! The atmosphere was fun, the food was delicious, and everything came out quickly. A special thank you to our server, Ronnee, who was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, funny, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She really made our visit even more enjoyable. If you're visiting Las Vegas, I definitely recommend stopping by Rainforest Cafe and, if you're lucky, asking for Ronnee! **edit** My earlier review said 1 hour wait time, it was a mistake! there was NO wait time at all, we reserved a table online (less then 1 min process), we arrived with the kids (10 min late i must say) as soon as we arrived the host took us to the table that was already set and ready, amazing service, just amazing

  My family and I had a great time at Rainforest Cafe in Las Vegas. The jungle theme, animatronic animals, and occasional thunderstorms made the whole experience fun and entertaining from the moment we walked in. The food was good, and everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. The portions were satisfying, and our server was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. While the prices are a little higher than average, we expected that because you're paying for the unique atmosphere as well. Overall, it was a fun family experience that we're glad we tried. If you're visiting Las Vegas with family, I'd definitely recommend stopping by Rainforest Cafe at least once.

  I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served promptly. Every dish was well-prepared and exceeded my expectations. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional staff member by the name of Damon. He was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  DAMON WAS FUN! He was very pleasant during our visit and we appreciate his service. Food could’ve been better. Ordered the kids pizza for my daughter and it wasn’t the best. All animatronics were functional and great to look at. Enjoyed the shows. We’ve only been to the one in CA and those shows are once every hour. Liked that these were more frequent, but it also wasn’t too loud or overwhelming. Damon was also kind enough to inform us of the other animatronics we could walk around and see. Overall, we were satisfied with our visit.

  We visited Rainforest Cafe expecting a fun family experience, but left feeling misled. The food and drinks were fine, but the server repeatedly pitched add-ons in a way that made them sound like part of the standard experience rather than optional extras with significant charges. The most frustrating example was the glowing bottle for the kids’ drinks. He repeatedly talked about how the kids could take them home, even offered another one for our younger child, and never once mentioned that they cost $12 each. That only became clear when the bill arrived. To make matters worse, we were told the bottles would be cleaned and packaged for us to take home. That never happened. We were handed the bottles with the remaining drink still inside and left to deal with them ourselves. The same thing happened with our cocktails. We were told we could take our receipt downstairs and get the drinks refilled in takeaway glasses. In reality, we were handed empty glasses and nothing else. I don’t mind paying for extras when they’re clearly explained. What I do mind is being upsold through omissions and finding out about charges after the fact. Between the misleading sales tactics and the overall tourist-trap vibe, this is not a place I would recommend. There are plenty of better restaurants that are upfront with their customers.
