We had a really disappointing experience here. “Danny” was extremely rude from the start and acted like he didn’t want to be there. The drinks were poorly made and honestly some of the worst I’ve had in a long time. On top of that, there was basically no customer service — it felt like we were an inconvenience just for ordering. I don’t expect perfection, but basic professionalism goes a long way. We won’t be coming back to this PTs.
