- KTKylee TalleyJun 28, 20261.0I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. Over the past few weeks, my boyfriend and I have visited this PT’s Pub several times, and bartender Chris has consistently been cold and unwelcoming toward us. We tried to ignore it, assuming maybe he was just having bad days. Two weeks ago, after spending around two hours there, we paid our tab and left a cash tip. Before even realizing we’d left cash, Chris picked up the signed receipt and sarcastically said, “Thanks for nothing.” It was incredibly rude and embarrassing, especially since we had tipped him. Today, we walked in, sat down, and before we could even order anything, Chris told us we needed to “find somewhere else to hang out.” When I asked why, he only said he had the right to refuse service to anyone. I asked again what we had done, and he responded, “I just told you why.” We’ve never been disruptive, disrespectful, intoxicated, or caused any problems at this location. Being refused service without any explanation after previous rude interactions made us feel singled out and unwelcome. I understand businesses have the right to refuse service, but customers also deserve to be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Hopefully management looks into this because this experience was completely unacceptable and not what I’d expect from PT’s.
