- TBTim BedwellMar 19, 20265.0This is out of the way for me, but I was on the way back from Red Rock and decided to try it. I knew within 5 minutes that everyone in the place was a regular. This always indicates good food and service. Within 30 minutes I met all the staff, including the AGM and GM. Within 2 hours I was introduced to everyone in the bar (about 20 customers). I had the Pub Classic, a double burger with several choices of cheese. Ordered the tater tots as my included side (often a bad choice in a bar), and was blown away how crisp they were on the outside and light on the inside. I dipped them in ranch. The burger was a 9 for me. The sauce on it was good, but not my favorite. Presentation and everything else about the meal was a 10. I would have again, but there are other options I want to try first. Had a couple cocktails that met expectations. Cost seemed very reasonable. It is a smoking bar. However, the ventilation is outstanding and I was not bothered by the guy at the next bar stool who smoked. He and I talked the whole time (let's just call him Norm). He introduced me to the other patrons. When I left I felt like I was leaving Cheers. Everyone knew my name and shouted it when I waved goodbye to them all. My server was Blair who is a pistol. Paid very close attention to my order, despite our back and forth sarcasm. She stayed 15 minutes past her shift to ensure my order was placed. She gets a 10 though I don't want anyone to tell her. I had a food allergy and when my Burger came it was delivered by the kitchen manager who wanted to ensure I was confident it met my special need. I assured her it did and thanked her for this extra effort. I will go extra miles to visit this place again. I give it my highest rating for service, friendliness, cleanliness (including the bathroom), attentiveness, staff attention to detail, food quality, taste, price, and fun.
