- FFFawna FullerMar 10, 20265.0I had banded a PTS in the morning so it was too early for my favorite, which is the potstickers so I had to check out PT’s and hope that they would have food available since sometimes late at night they don’t and Rita said they did not have a cook, but she could deep fry anything and I said would she do the potstickers and the potstickers she brought out were flipping incredible like better presentation just all the bells and whistles. She was a really really lovely bartender. You could tell she had a lot of hospitality experience and the bar was kind of busy, so I really appreciated her extra effort and attention and PTs should definitely give her a raise and recognize her for her attentiveness and excellence
