Even on a busy day I get the best possible service given the circumstance. The food is typical of lounge/pub grub so those who complain of that should really go to a fancier restaurant and start a new complaint there (coz we all know there's no satisfying ya) best of all though is the tall icy drafts...which is why I return regularly. I love my PTs Golds
