  Do not order from here. Ordered on 4/19/26 through Uber Eats… pizza was horrible. Supreme pizza looked more like a meat lovers… very little vegetables. Chicken wings had very little buffalo sauce. Ordered 2 large pizzas, breadsticks, and wings, and the only thing that was good was the breadsticks. Pizza was dry and felt like they reheated a 2 hour old pizza that was sitting there. Horrible!!! Paid $60 for crap.

  I live like 5 minutes by car from this place. Never had it so I figured I’d try something different but I was getting kid ready for bed so I ordered for delivery. Fast forward almost 2 hours, no pizza, no calls, no one answering the phone, app says it’s delivered but nothing at my house. I get the kid in the car, drive down there and it me and 4 other people waiting to be helped/get pizza. Phone ringing none stop, no one answering. I don’t entirely blame the workers tho, looked like they were understaffed and busy but like still. I’m standing in the Pizza Hut lobby and I get a call from the delivery driver saying he needs my gate code for a pizza that’s 1hr 45 late and said was delivered 20 minutes prior . Fine, I get home and all the food is there. Great, except for the fact it’s like room temp warm. Again, it seemed like they may have been understaffed but never the less, I will never order from here again. Keep my money, hire another worker.

  I was already thinking of writing a review because I’ve enjoyed the service at this establishment location, but today they knocked it out of the park I believe there names are Bryant and Donna, ordered some Pizza Hut went to go pick it up, as soon as I got outside there was a strong gust of wind and my pizza fell on the ground. Went inside and Bryant immediately hopped on it, and even cleaned it up outside and Donna came to check on me as well, the level of care and service was so amazing and sweet, especially when they did not know I was have a really bad pain day and have been in a flaire right now with my health stuff I deal with. Pizza falling on the ground not a big deal but it becomes meaningful and bigger when you’re in a ton of pain and even something easy as bending over and picking up pizza on the ground becomes a daunting task because of how much it hurts or how limited your range of motion is, Bryant and Donna were super awesome!! Thank you so much for the friendly service and checking on me and for helping even clean it up!! Edit- Phenomenal service, just had to add, Literally yesterday I was the one that dropped the food. Today while resting and taking care of things ordered some food for me and everyone in the house, and I don’t have his name unfortunately the driver. But I put on the note not to knock baby sleeping and I come downstairs close to the time of arrival I hear something, thought someone tripped or fell have lots of kids that play out on the street open the door and the delivery driver accidentally dropped one of my food, he was so sweet about it, apologized and instantly called his manager and told them to make some more to replace it, he got back in such a fast time too! Very polite and professional!
