  A couple years ago I walked in trying to get the $7.99 or $8.99 special that I saw online and got nothing but arguments from staff insisting on something like $15 to START for pizza with NO PRICING menu on the wall. I walked out empty handed and will never forgive the bait and switch when I was hungry and in the mood for pizza

  I walked in to pick up an order after getting a text saying it was ready. I hollered sy the back 3 times. No response. This location is terrible. Do not go there.

  Ive been going to this Pizza Hut since Kyle had the store. This new Dan guy is taking the store and making it crap. I was happy to order here, the atmosphere was amazing, Amy was perfect every time making sure she showed us the orders when we picked up. Now I walk in, I have no one showing me my orders, they don't welcome me in or even acknowledge that I walked in. I met Dan twice and he rude a very dismissive. The first time I met him I let it go due to giving the guy a chance hoping he was having a bad day, the second time was out. I told my husband how he treated me and we agreed that we will no longer be coming to pizza hut for food. It was uncalled for, it was unnecessary and putrid.

  My experience with Pizza Hut was extremely disappointing, mainly because of Dan’s behavior. He was incredibly rude, short, and dismissive throughout my visit. He repeatedly cut people off while they were speaking and made it very difficult to have a normal, respectful conversation. What bothered me the most was watching him speak to and demean his own employees right in front of customers. The way he addressed them was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. Employees deserve to be treated with basic respect, especially in front of customers. Customer service starts with how you treat the people around you, and after witnessing this interaction, I was honestly left with a very poor impression of this Pizza Hut. I hope management takes this kind of behavior seriously because no customer should have to witness employees being treated that way. I've watched the store go from being highly respectable to somewhere I no longer want to go, with the last manager with red hair who always had a smile and made my day to this new dude who is extremely dismissive.
