  I was very early, greated right away, team was worried about getting to me in a good time. They were early and kind.

  I had ordered a pizza on promotion from the site and a Diet Pepsi. Seems innocent enough right? Yeah, ok. Now, this place mind you is great, got the order almost right. By that I mean, they do in fact use DoorDash. Any other time, I don't mind DoorDash if I order anything from them directly. But because I was hoping for the old school delivery drivers from the establishment itself I find they use DoorDash instead. Fine. Well, they dropped the ball twice. This is beyond Pizza Hut at this point. I didn't get my Diet Pepsi the first time and my pizza was set on the floor with a regular pepsi. I called, explained the situation after another call to DoorDash. Denise, the manager was a total sweetheart and replaced my order with the correct drink. Well, I just got my re-order, and yet again, my food was on the floor. Now, keep in mind, I have an old milk cart thing that could have been used to keep the food off the ground. Didn't happen. Twice!!!!! Just, yikes.
