  Unfortunately, my delivery arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes late, and to make matters worse, the food was cold when it finally arrived. When I called to check on my order, I was simply told they were waiting on a driver. There was no apology and no effort made to compensate for the inconvenience. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this location. On several previous orders, I paid for a soda, but because the deliveries were handled through DoorDash, the driver never brought the drink. Despite multiple problems over multiple orders, the service has not improved. I love Pizza Hut and have had great experiences with other locations, but this store has been consistently disappointing. Between the excessive delivery delays, cold food, missing items, and lack of customer service, I’ve decided I won’t be ordering from this location again. I hope management takes steps to improve the customer experience because this location does not reflect the quality I’ve come to expect from Pizza Hut.

  It's every time I order a pizza from them they keep changing the time limit on there. I can take up to an hour to an hour and a half.

  Very upset. The manager Dayon is so rude that my husband and I have to contact corporate. After I complained about these raw looking mushrooms they put on top of my pizza and how spicy my pizza tasted they told me to come back in all for him to tell me that the “pizza is going to look the exact same so what’s the point of remaking it” this is a pizza I PAID for. I order from this store weekly and I’ve never been dissatisfied with how my pizza is cooked. I asked to be contacted by the GM and he told me that he’s never going to call me or reach out to me about my concern and complaint and that I would have to call up to the store myself. I’ll be letting corporate know since your GM is too good to respond to a regular customer according to your morning shift lead/manager. These are the type of people that you Employ. Rude and entitled. If you don’t like customers you should not work in this field and should not be tipped.
