  This pizza hut SUCKS they gone from ok to bad to worse 🤦‍♂️ online ordering don't work can't choose to pay cash because they won't be able to rob your money they force you to pay with your card only to get an error at the check out then you call them to figure out what's going on they claim they don't have any order but you check your bank and payment is already done money taken from your account I stop ordering from this location long time ago for the same reason today 7/5/26 we getting ready to watch the games we decided to give them a chance BIG MISTAKE same story 😡😡 $90 order money charge to the card but no order found and they still got the balls to ask me if I wanted to re-order really 😡😡

  I placed an order on DoorDash a few days ago for a personal pan pizza and breadsticks. I ended up only being hungry for the personal pan pizza that night and did not eat the breadsticks. I waited to open them up the next day and this is what I discovered. Burnt and dry breadsticks that are not edible. Because it had been JUST over 24 hours, doordash was unable to issue a refund or credit for the breadsticks, so I took these sticks in to the physical Pizza Hut location and just asked for some replacement breadsticks, but the woman at the counter refused saying it could only be done through doordash because the order was placed through them. This doesn’t make sense. Doordash didn’t burn the breadsticks, this store did. I did not ask for money or credit I simply asked for new breadsticks because these are clearly disgusting. I find it rude to the customer to even have sent breadsticks like this in the first place as I should be able to trust that I am going to receive what I ordered and not an inedible version of what I ordered. This is unacceptable.

  TODAY AT 12:23 PM MY SON REQUESTED FOR DELIVERY TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER (DOOR DASH/ADRIAN) TOLD THE DRIVER HE DELIVERED TO INCORRECT ADDRESS AND THE DRIVER SAID OH WELL...WE HAVE THE PICTURES FOR THE DELIVERY CALLED PIZZA HUT THEY DIDN'T CARE EITHER WANTED TO REFUND ME 11.00 FOR A 40.00 ORDER!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE...THE SUPERVISOR FOR PIZZA HUT DID NOT WANT TO GIVE HER NAME AND KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND!!! DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN AVOID... TERRIBLE!!!!
