  This is the regular Pizza Hut that I come to as it's close to my home. They always have speedy, on-time service and I have no problem with food quality. On this particular evening, I got a personal pan pizza for my daughter and when I got into the car I accidentally tipped it over. Andy who was working at the front counter had it remade for me with no charge. Even placed the rest of my order back in the warmer while I waited! Very nice to see them take care of a regular customer and most of all just doing the right thing. Yes, it was my fault. I turned that pizza over, but they made sure to look out for us.

  I was just at your restaurant and wanted to order a pizza. The woman told me they were too busy and that I should find another location instead. I just wanted a pizza, and they sent me away. I’ve never experienced being treated this way as a paying customer. That’s completely unacceptable. You won’t be getting a good review from me. I’m really upset about this rudeness.

  Today I buy 2 pizzas but the service is not what I expected if you are traveling and spending to have a good trip and a good pizza they are supposed to give you plates and napkins I’ve been buying pizza all the time, and they always give napkins and plates.or if I have pay no problem this place is a low customer service thanks .

  We order pick up they for got the wings. The older lady at the front counter then looked at me like I did something wrong. When I asked if they were gonna remake make more whole order for the15 min wait with the wings. She look at me like it was my fault. That they did not do there job. I was an incovince to her. Yum brand corporate does no teach this and it is totally inappropriate.

  "I placed an order on April 30th that was never delivered. They told me a refund within 2-3 days, but it has been over 18 days, and I have received nothing. I have called so many times with no resolution. This is incredibly frustrating and poor customer service."
