  I Had the courtesy of being assisted by the GM 8:30pm 6/5/26. He and his two other staff were kind, professional, swift, smooth operations, as I could tell the work environment was cohesive & pleasant to walk into and experience. Doordasher here

  Waited 1 hour for delivery. Tried their new hand tossed pizza. We ordered 5 pizzas total. 2 of them did not have the right toppings. The ones with extra sauce had almost none. The pizzas were so dry that they were hardly edible. They obviously dont have very good employees. Just go to Dominoes or Marcos. Let pizza hut go out of business. They are closing locations and I can see why. I knew better but got fooled by the new crust hype.

  Sent my partner to the restaurant today to pick up a mobile order while I waited in the car. Mind you I paid for all my sauces, 6 in total. Now when I checked my order the white guy that was working the register gave me a used open ranch. Which my partner had to return to the store to let them know. Then I checked that 2 of my sauces were missing and he had to go back a 2nd time to let them know. Mind you we placed our order about an 1 hour in advance. So our order was not ready even after placing it an hour in advance. As soon as my partner was walking out, the white guy with the black shirt decided to shout at my partner last minute “ANYMORE PROBLEMS!!!!?”. Now he chose the wrong person to yell at today, since my partner is quiet but one day he’ll choose the right person to yell at and the white guy will bring big problems to the store.
