  This is the epidemy of neglagence and entitlement. These teenagers and young adults have ZERO work ethic and judging by the burnt pizza I received tonight, Pizzahut endorses this type of culture and behavior at their stores. This all starts at the top, these "managers" I spoke with tonight had no clue on how to do a refund and refused to accept responsibility for allowing a clearly damaged product go through their QA process prior to delivery. I had ordered a 2nd pizza and amazingly, that one arrived fine, not burnt and looked like a normal Pizzahut pizza. The manager continued to make excuses that they were new and didn't know much...If you hire a manager and that line comes out of their mouth, they should not be a manager of anything...ever. I worked in retail, food service and if I acted like these "managers" did tonight, I'd be fired on the spot. If your smart, stay away from this location, even if its convienent. We spent $35 and could only eat half of our order and have no clue if our refund will even occur.

  We ordered large deep dish pizza with double sausage and pepperoni that was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. This is the best pizza we had in very long time. We highly recommend it. Ludvik and Veronica

  The deep dish was not as deep as a pan pizza at Papa John's.
