  This worker took my order and told me my pizza and bread sticks would be done in 20 minutes then a man walked in 5 minutes after and the worker took his order and gave him his order before me and I waited about 20 minutes til I went back in and the worker told me my order is out next and handed the wrong order to me not including my pizza and he tried to go to the back and make me a pizza. There was 2 workers in the with terrible costumer service and bad work ethic.

  I’m pretty disappointed with this experience at Pizza Hut. I specifically ordered the stuffed cheese sticks, but what I received appears to be the regular cheese sticks, not the stuffed version I requested. What makes this more frustrating is that I wasn’t informed that my order was being substituted or that they were giving me a different product. I only realized what happened after I got home and opened the box. The receipt also simply lists the item as “Chse Stx” for $7.99, which makes me question whether my order was changed to a different item without my knowledge. The stuffed cheese sticks are a different product and portion, so this isn’t just a minor difference. If the stuffed cheese sticks weren’t available, I would have preferred to be told and given the option to choose something else rather than receiving a different item. I also feel like this may have been an upsell/substitution situation, because I specifically asked for the stuffed version and ended up with what appears to be the standard cheese sticks. That’s not what I ordered or expected to pay for. Please make sure customers are given the item they actually order, or at minimum are informed before substituting it with something else.

  The manager Angel will make your pasta then when u call and complain that is sucks he will get offended and his feelings hurt and try to argue with you like a female. Food sucks for him being a manager he needs to be re-trained.

  I would love to recognize my delivery driver today. I do not know his name but he was speedy, very pleasant and represented your company so well. I made an order at 5:47pm today for a medium super supreme and a meat lovers with wings. Order #187575200 ticket #0076. Please recognize him for his great service!
