  Just before closing i ordered delivery I spent almost $30 .00 and I was very much disappointed.The pizza was cold ,the cinnamon dessert had no frosting.I contacted the next morning and spoke to a nice man who reassured me they would fix the order .Today I contacted the store and was told by Eli that my order was cancelled but I know for sure it wasn't because we received it smh I usually order from Russel and boulder hwy . Horrible experience Elis customer service is a poor as they're food .

  The worst experience Ive had in a very long time. I ordered one pizza and I got it delivered two hrs later, then called the store to inquire about my order and the supervisor answered the phone with a attitude, which I don’t mind at all, being in the field of customer customer, you tend to deal with an attitude. Mr Supervisor kept talking over me, I couldn’t get a word in and then kept asking me was I having a messed up day and “sorry your day is messed up” To be honest my day was going very well til I got on the phone with you. Never will I be going back to this location, you guys are horrible.

  I went there to order a pizza, they were kind of busy and I know what I want, there is a black lady with glasses and what she ask me literally: what do you want to water in? It was kind of a way to bully me cause she doesn’t know I was borne here, then she even went and get a Latin to do the translation…. I won’t go there anymore and my people won’t go eather !! So Pizza Hut do your work! This was at flamingo and mountain vista.
