  Kurt and Darren restored my faith in operational competence & customer service. Thank you both. Pizza was on point, wings were hot, service was smooth, and no one looked confused. Which is rare these days when you walk into places and wonder if the people behind the counter actually work there or just found a uniform. Someone at Papa John's corp should bottle whatever Kurt and Darren are doing and ship it to the rest of the locations.

  Absolutely no customer service. I spoke with a girl named Taylor who identified herself as the GM of the store. She called me after I ordered online. I ordered $54 worth of food, but I used an e-gift card I had for Papa John's for $50 of it and chose to pay the rest in cash. Taylor called me to inform me that DoorDash is their chosen delivery people and that they would not take a cash order with only $4 left. So I needed to pay the remainder of it with a credit card. When I asked why it mattered, she responded with, "If you don't understand what I am trying to tell you, then I will just cancel your order." I would advise the franchise owner to consider a new GM for this location.
