  Jason the store manager on duty today Fathers Day is completely rude! First of all, my pizza wasn’t delivered by Papa John’s. It was done through DoorDash. The order was wrong I called to let them know and he said “I checked and we gave you the right pizzas” I’m telling him I didn’t get the pizzas I ordered And he still said bring them and we can give you correct ones. I paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver for wrong pizza and now I have to go to the store. I get that he tried to correct it but if I don’t go I have to sit on paying the tip and fee. I ordered delivery for a reason. I’m just very upset. Oder pick up and check your pizza before leaving.

  Mary in Las Vegas is extremely rude I asked her for help with an order and she refused to help me I was trying get my kids dinner and she said she can't help cause we're in "The Ghetto" and do it online. When I was having trouble logging in she waved me off and told me I can leave and go somewhere else! Very terrible customer service at 241 Nellis Blvd in Las Vegas NV

  I went to pick up my pizza and store operator didn’t want to give my pizza and holding in his hand. He was very bad with his attitude and bad service. Owner should take care of this kind of employee. Not good for business. Date I went 3/23/2026 between 1:35pm-1:45pm
