    Absolutely terrible customer service had me waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes for two sandwiches. The girls preparing the food are slow.

    Pam is the slowest and rudest lady I have ever met in my time going to restaurants she should not be working here and something needs to be done. There’s no way I wait almost 30 minutes for a GrubHub order and she talked to me as if I was a nobody and was very rude because I was asking her how much longer for the order so I can make sure people get their food hot. I am highly disappointed and Panera bread and I thought that they were hire better workers.

    I went to this location today, and I was honestly very surprised—though not in a good way. The customer service I received from Stephanie was extremely disappointing. When I asked for some sauce and a to-go container, I noticed what felt like rude and even racially biased behavior. I’m concerned by this kind of treatment, as it made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
