  Extremely inconsistent food quality, and to make it worse, the management doesn't seem to care at all. We used to love Panera, but we won't be back.

  Stuffer was great however u get more bread than filling otherwise I love Panera Muffles are yum yum 💜

  I regularly come to this location because I live down the street. My review is two fold - in person and rapid pick up/togo. In person - food is always delicious and accurate. Good luck if u order a smoothie - ours came after we ate our meal. Never any actual hot water for hot tea. Sometimes soda machine ice will be out. Most of the time we have to pick up our food from the window. Drive thru/rapid pickup - don’t bother ordering a French onion soup. U will be lucky if u get croutons and cheese. It would be one thing if it was random but it’s literally every time I pick up food there are no croutons and then get home and there’s no cheese in my soup. They give me crazy looks when I go up to the window after checking my order and request croutons. If I didn’t enjoy the food as much as I do, I wouldn’t come back.

  They took over 20mins with two soups and they wouldn’t even give me spoons so I went back and waited they didn’t even know I was there.

  👎 Absolutely disgusting experience. I am a regular at Paneras all across the country and had been going to this one on and off for a few months. I ordered a salad as a mobile to go order and when I arrived home and opened the salad it had this nasty cigarette smell 🤢. I tried one bite of the salad and it had an overwhelming taste of smoke. Avoid this location!!!!! Still haven’t heard back from management I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future and id advise you do the same
