  Went through the drive through tonight. I had to wait forty minutes. At that point, I was going to be late to pick up my daughter. So I was going to ask to be refunded instead… but no one would come to the window. Eventually I honked. Someone came like five minutes later and I said “hey can I please be refunded instead?” He glared at me and slammed the window shut. So… never got modos or my money back.

  Idk it was my first time going, took my GMA too. Their menu has a lot going on and I can see how it would confuse people. Their food is okay I guess. Nothing to rave about. The sandwich I got was really dry, the bread was weird like orangish lol. Idk not my cup of tea and my GMA didn't really care for it either.

  Really regretted coming here over Mother’s Day weekend. The store appeared severely understaffed for how busy it was. Most of the younger staff seemed to be confined to the kitchen while two elderly women — who honestly looked well into their 70s — were trying to handle the dining room during a major holiday rush. To be clear, I fully support seniors who want to continue working. My issue is with management putting them in a position where they were obviously struggling to keep up without enough support. It honestly didn’t seem fair to them. The biggest issue, though, was the condition of the men’s restroom. The urinal area smelled like it hadn’t been properly disinfected or maintained in a very long time. There were visible splash stains on the hardware, and the odor-control splash guard at the bottom of the urinal looked completely worn out and overdue for replacement. Busy weekends are understandable, but basic cleanliness and proper staffing should still be maintained — especially at a restaurant charging premium prices for fast casual dining.

  Drive through took 30 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me. They also forgot to include half my order and haven’t been returning my call to get a refund of what they didn’t give me. This is the worst Panera I’ve ever been to.

  Came to pick up an order and the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. The girl at the front helped a little and I can't complain about her as I don't expect people to pretend to be super cheery. But, there was 1 guy in particular at the pickup area that was white, thin, and had glasses, and he was very rude. I was waiting for the order to be at least taped up as he just put the bag on the counter without taping it up. Another associate asked who I was picking up for and I told him I wasn't sure if it was finished and the guy with the glasses just said "well it's not back here so it's ready!" Then proceeded to be annoyingly rude to his coworkers telling them to stop doing literally nothing. It was just an extremely awkward experience and it's clear he is not a team player. Hopefully it was just a bad day...
