  I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated at Overlook Lounge at Wynn Las Vegas. This was easily one of the most unprofessional and humiliating service experiences I have ever had, and absolutely not what I would expect from a hotel of Wynn’s reputation and caliber. My bill was approximately $110, including taxes and an 11% service charge. When I paid, my server initially brought me only $7 in change and told me that she was keeping the rest for herself as an additional tip. I told her no and asked for my full change back so that I could decide for myself how much additional gratuity I wanted to leave. Instead of simply returning my money, she argued with me and told me that it was “not normal” for me to want to leave her a smaller tip. I found this completely inappropriate. A server does not get to decide how much of a guest’s change she is entitled to keep, especially when a service charge has already been added to the bill. When I insisted on receiving my full change, her behavior became even more shocking: she threw the money directly at me, turned around, and walked away. Unfortunately, it did not end there. Afterward, I saw her standing near the service/order station discussing me and my friends with another employee, openly pointing at us while they talked about us. The server who threw the money at me had curly brown hair. The other employee had light/blonde hair, and the two of them were visibly pointing at our table and discussing us in front of other guests and staff. Being pressured over gratuity was already unacceptable. Having money thrown at me and then being publicly discussed and pointed at by employees made the situation humiliating and hostile. I expect Wynn management to take this incident seriously and take appropriate action. Wynn presents itself as a luxury property with exceptional service, and this experience was the complete opposite. No guest should ever be pressured into giving a particular tip, have their own change withheld, have money thrown at them, or be publicly ridiculed by staff simply for asking to receive their own money back. This incident completely changed my impression of Overlook Lounge and was an extremely disappointing experience at what is supposed to be one of the finest hotels in Las Vegas.

  Beautiful cocktail lounge right off the Casino Floor and Lobby of the Wynn. Small in size, rather quaint, beautifully furnished and relaxing, it's a nice place to leave the hustle/bustle and relax with a cocktail. They have wonderful service..(sadly, I can't recall my servers name, but she was lovely and very attentive) and the drinks menu is quite extensive with loads of unique drinks. I had a Martini type cocktail called a "Bond" made with gin, grapefruit juice and a few other ingredients. It was delicious. I love Martinis and this was a nice twist on it. My friend has a drink, I think called the "Cleo" which she really enjoyed. We sat here while waiting for my room to be available. It does get busy, especially evenings, so be aware. Drink pricing here, as to be expected in this luxury resort, about $25 per, but they were nicely sized and beautifully made. They also serve you nuts to go along with your beverages, and since the is 5 stars, cashews!! That's a winner everyday in my book. They also served ketchup flavored potato chips. My friends couldn't figure out what the taste was, until our server explained. She was wonderful, always checking back to make sure things were good. A standard of the Wynn properties!! Seating inside, very comfortable and padded chairs, nice tables, and it encircles the entire lobby, so wherever you sit, you can people watch. Something I really enjoy in Vegas. This was my start at the Wynn for 2026, and it was as perfect a start as possible, it promised much success, and, as per usual, it delivered. Just wonderful!!

  The girls who work at The Overlook Bar are so mean and rude to other girls for absolutely no reason.

  Went before a show to relax and have a cocktail. It was one of the best martinis I have had in a long while. Ratio & mixed perfectly. I should have asked the bartender's name. Service was very good and on point.

  The bartenders and manager lack skill and respect for customers. The customer service provided is the worst amongst other bars in the hotel and it’s definitely not Wynn standard of customer experience. Don’t judge customers by appearance. I am a hotel guest too.
