  Went to the overlook grill on Fri 1 May at approx 1200hrs while waiting for our room to get ready at the Cosmopolitan. After waiting for 25 mins Sophia told us to come in and we were seated inside next to a family of four. We waited for appprox 15 mins and nobody came and took our order. After a total of approx 20 mins after being seated a waiter came over to the family of 4 next us to check on them to see if they needed anything and the family of four seated next to us said to the waiter you need to take the order of the family next to us. By then I was upset that nobody waited and I mean not even take our drink order. I received not service and we walked out of the Overlook grill. As a MGM member I expected better.

  Love the shrimp tacos. One of the best tacos that I’ve ever had. Fruits and veggies feel fresh. Anyways it is Vegas so didn’t expect to be cheap. A little bit more expensive than your normal brunch will cost.

  They tell you the wait is 20 minutes and you end up waiting over one hour. Worst customer service.

  The Eggs Benedict was delicious as were the home fries. Food was presented nicely but the cheddar grits I ordered wasn't creamy enough for my liking. Also, the waiter forgot to order then, so there was a delay in getting them. In fairness, he did comp them.
