  The restaurant was a pleasant and quiet place with good food and service. We chose the outdoor seating, which was a great decision since the restaurant faces the Chelsea Tower pool area.

  Hidden gem alert! 🌟 If you’re in Las Vegas, don’t overlook Overlook Grill at the Cosmopolitan’s Boulevard Tower. The best part? You don’t have to be a hotel guest to enjoy this spot. The atmosphere is relaxed and chill—perfect for escaping the hustle of the Strip while enjoying an amazing brunch. We started with the Green Juice Cleanse, and it was exactly what we needed in the Vegas heat. It was incredibly hydrating, fresh, healthy, and refreshing. I also ordered the Iced Ube Latte, which was unique, rich, and perfectly strong. It even helped ease my headache! For food, we had the Birria Burrito and the Shrimp & Grits. The birria burrito was flavorful, filling, and such a fun twist on a classic brunch dish. The shrimp and grits were creamy, comforting, and absolutely delicious. They don’t automatically come with eggs, so if you usually enjoy shrimp and grits with eggs, I’d recommend adding them. The crispy bacon bits were a delicious surprise and added the perfect savory crunch. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavor. If you’re looking for a laid-back brunch spot with excellent food and drinks, Overlook Grill is definitely worth a visit. We’ll absolutely be back!

  The food was great, we took our moms for breakfast. They enjoyed the food and so did we. We all enjoyed the food and it came fairly quickly. The menu seemed small.

  This place was known for having the best vegan breakfast in the area (the California Chilaquiles) and they removed it in a menu “revamp”.
