  My steakhouse experience wasn’t great. I ordered steaks for my family and specifically requested my steak to be cooked medium, but it first came out well done. The server apologized and took the order back to be remade, which I appreciated. She mentioned that the manager would bring out the replacement. A young manager with tattoos on his arms brought out the replacement order. He noticed that the rest of my family had already finished eating while I was still waiting for my meal. Unfortunately, the replacement steak was rare instead of medium. The manager briefly asked if everything was okay, dropped off the plate, and walked away without really addressing the situation. At that point, I just ate the steak anyway because I didn’t want to continue sending it back. Anyhow, I paid the full bill and left disappointed. I wasn’t looking for a discount or free food, I simply expected my order to be prepared correctly and handled better after the mistake happened twice. I still tipped the waitress for all her effort. But serously, I could have easily miscooked my own steak at my home space. Or what would be the whole point of going out? Sadly, this experience will likely keep me from returning.

  The manager was amazing. We had some problems with our food, that included getting the wrong food and finding hair in our food. But the manager was great and very accommodating and offered us a free dessert and took the entree off the bill without us even asking.

  The food and service were both good, but the difference between cash and credit card pricing felt a bit confusing. It would be helpful if this was clearly explained upfront so customers understand the final total before paying.”

  Kim was amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole dinner feel easy and enjoyable. Everything was handled perfectly—really appreciated her great service. Would definitely love to have her again!

  My friend and I dined here last night along with two of her friends. We ordered the sirloin steaks, while the others ordered salmon with two side dishes. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Our server, Michael, was inattentive and did not check on our table throughout the meal to ensure everything was satisfactory. Our appetizers took approximately 15 minutes to arrive, followed by an additional 30-minute wait for our entrées. When our meals finally arrived, both sirloin steaks were undercooked and raw, despite being ordered well done. Additionally, my friends who ordered the salmon reported that it tasted overly fishy, and their side dishes were incorrect. We also found the service from management to be lacking. The manager, Jermany, appeared unwilling to assist and did not make any effort to resolve the situation, such as offering compensation for the unsatisfactory meals. Furthermore, the host, Angel, responded unprofessionally when we attempted to get our server’s attention. Overall, this was a very poor dining experience, and we will not be returning. I hope future guests do not encounter similar issues.
