  Das schlechteste Outback in dem wir je gegessen haben. Das Ambiente war sehr unruhig und abgewohnt. Das Personal überhaupt nicht aufmerksam. Das Steak war komplett Schuhsohle (sollte medium sein) und ging zurück. Die baked Potatoe ungenießbar. Die Toiletten völlig verdreckt und kaputt. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Steak wurde neu gemacht, die Beilagen (ungenießbar) waren dann natürlich kalt. Das Personal war nur am quatschen miteinander und man musste laut rufen und winken, damit sie uns überhaupt bemerkten. Die Damen die uns bediente war aber freundlich.

  The service was great and the food was on point... Fresh and hot with the accuracy of items ordered . Being on the Las Vegas strip the environment was good . Anthony Was attentive, by far the service we have had while in Las Vegas

  Fun Outback location, friendly staff from the front desk to the servers. Food is always perfect!

  I was in the area with my young daughter and I was unsure what to have for lunch as I was walking through the mall hallway I asked this man for directions on how to get to the restaurant this kind man was Juan. He greeted us with a smile on his face and told me to have a seat in the front that the restaurant would open in just a few minutes one did not know this but I have a disability which makes it hard for me to walk around and he saved me a lot of trouble by assisting me. Juan even told me to look for him when I was ready to go and he would assist me on the way out, excellent customer service the next person I met with our server his name was Thiago by far the nicest most attentive most professional server I have ever had I did not have to ask for water refills I did not have to ask for napkins and when he seen that I had to assist my young child to the restroom he quietly removed our plates put them somewhere and then brought them back out to us when we were ready to eat I think it's so important to highlight when you have such great customer service experiences because these people truly go the extra mile to make people feel happy welcome and comfortable they make it almost feel like if you're at your grandma's house I can't say enough kind things about these two gentlemen the service was excellent and the food was great also my daughter had a cheeseburger and fries and I had the wedge salad. If you're in the area make sure you stop by at Outback Steakhouse I highly recommend
