  Visited and ate at this establishment on 6/29/26. Given that me and the fam were in the mood for a good burger. The price for the burgers were a little high. We all got the naughty burger. I then was asked to pay over $87.20. Then I gave Brenda(cashier) my players card and asked to pay for the meal using the food comps on my MGM rewards card. She then asked me to scan my payment card and so I did and she gave me the receipt showing that the total amount was charged to my credit card. I then asked why the amount in total was charged and she said to use points or earn points. I then told her that the purpose of me giving you the card(Rewards card) was use the comps of resort credit. Why would I otherwise be giving you my rewards card. It’s not like there is a table or slot machine in the place. Then she replies with I can reverse the charge but I have to get my manager. I was like there’s a long line and it’s busy. Then she was like that’s all I can do. I just said it is what it is. Then left the counter. This is honestly the first time I’ve had something like this happen to me. I’ve been coming to Vegas for years. I’m sorry but the service alone is a time off and I advise others to go elsewhere. Also, rarely do I have negative experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  OK, the burger was four stars, but the french fries were 10 stars! They were amazing! We’re glad we stopped, the staff Were amazing, very friendly and really focused on getting things done quickly!

  Worst burger you could get in Vegas. Stay away. Great service though.

  I visited twice in one day! Burgers are amazing and fresh. I did the naughty patty, tater tot’s are great and seasoned very well. Also like that there is a turkey and veggie burger option. Prices are reasonable considering we are in Vegas.

  We ate here today and opted for the first hamburger on the menu, though I can't remember what it was called. 🍔 It was okay. My husband liked it more than I did. The fries were good 🍟, and I really enjoyed the draft root beer 🥤. Unfortunately, as soon as I finished my burger, my stomach started hurting and I became nauseated. The last few bites were a little tough, and the burger itself was somewhat dry. I think it may have been the type of meat they use, but it just wasn't my favorite. At $15 for the burger, I expected a little more. To be honest, I'd probably rather have a McDonald's burger. 🤷‍♀️ Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it's not a place I'd be excited to rush back to.
