I had eaten at Morton’s in Atlanta before. They were the most delicious appetizers and main courses I had ever had in my life, and my boyfriend and I crowned our day with a wonderful red wine they brought from the depths of the cellar and amazing desserts.
Las Vegas, perhaps in a way truly unique to the city itself, was not delicious at all. We brought around nine of our guests there that day and praised it so much beforehand, but we were deeply disappointed. We had never eaten anything so tasteless, bad, and low-quality. I could swear that the onion inside the onion rings was made of plastic.
As for the service, the lady who served us was extremely attentive, sweet, knowledgeable about the menu, and someone who clearly does her job with joy and a radiant energy.

My experience at this location was absolutely terrible. The ONLY person who was very nice and professional was the host! This is my first time in las vegas and my sister & I wanted to come for a quick bite before an excursion being that there was happy hour. We sat at the bar where the bartender Linda introduced herself and made a bit of conversation but before we got to get 3 words out she immediately interrupted us to ask for an ID. Which we did show her but it was her demeanor that was a bit rude. After brief conversation and the drink order being put in she walked over to Dave the other bartender to talk about us and say we were complaining. We then ordered our food & drinks. Upon ordering appetizers we ordered the waygu burger. Linda said “ the mini burgers” so we pointed to what we wanted and she said yes okay. When the food was brought out it was 3 burgers but no fries so we asked her about it and she said that’s not what we ordered. She didn’t communicate the difference between the mini smash burgers and the waygu burger which caused confusion when she could have simply explained the menu to us upon ordering. However she did that to make it seem like we were being problematic. Unfortunately this experience made me feel unwelcome and I did not enjoy the service. I do not think I’ll be returning.

You have so many choices in Vegas for steak houses, so when your scallops are over cooked and your tomahawk was chewy and needed to be sawed through, it's disappointing. Not to mention getting charged for everything is fatiguing. 6 bucks for butter, sigh. Our server was very pleasant and attentive.

Outstanding food here at Morton's as always. The Best Lobster Bisque was what I started with and the cold seafood appetizers. went there with a group and The mignon I had was simply cooked to perfection and a nice juicy core. One of the best onion rings I ever had. Michelle our server was simply delightful. great spot for a business meeting.

Came here for a bachelorette party and I can not get over how awful of an experience it was. Our food took 1 hour to come out. Our server filled up our drinks maybe twice. Our steak tasted like pig meat and came out cold. I didn’t even eat half or it. Then our server took another hour to give us our checks and disappeared for 30 more minutes after that and we just wanted our cards so we could get out! Spent over $100 for the worst dinner or my life. McDonald’s would’ve filled me up more and satisfied us better. So disappointing I wish I would’ve just asked for our meal to get taken off.
