I first visited Momofuku at The Cosmopolitan back in April to meet up with friends. I had already eaten dinner, so I didn’t get to try the food or drinks, but everyone in my group really enjoyed their meals. During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I’d definitely come back to try the restaurant myself.
About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku’s famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it’s only available during dinner service, and it’s worth ordering.)
Every visit I’ve had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that’s something you don’t find everywhere. I’d also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression.
If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I’d say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It’s a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I’d prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass.
Overall, though, I’ve really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she’s a big reason I’ll definitely be returning.
Absolutely delicious food, but overpriced.
We ordered a few shareables, a couple of cocktails, and the Bossam, and everything was fantastic! The Bossam was absolutely worth ordering. The caramelized sauce paired perfectly with the juicy, tender pork, and with the lettuce, kimchi, green onion oil, and the sauce, it was easily the star of the show.
The $32 Kanpachi Crudo was great, but at $32, the portion was wayyyy much smaller than expected 😅. It came with only 4 to 6 small chunks of kanpachi and a few pieces of tomatoes. Tbh at first thought it was a sauce for another dish. The cocktails were great but also $20+ each.
reserved in advance for a late dinner seating an hour before they closed but they were so friendly and attentive to us. food was delicious . we had the pork buns, seared ocean trout, whole roasted branzino and Brussels sprouts. we also got a few drinks. overall the food was really great and wish I lived more local to have this often. I hope to be back there next time I visit Vegas. this is a staple , must visit spot for your trip . I can recommend to friends and family. thank you!
We thoroughly enjoyed the food at Momofuku. While there are limited choices for vegetarians on the main menu, the plant-based items they do offer are completely outstanding. The ginger scallion noodles were absolutely awesome, packed with bright, savory flavor, and the mushroom buns were excellent with a perfect texture. The chili crunch was excellent! I highly recommend ordering both of these entrees if you are dining vegetarian here!

the food was good, but we saw noodles in the reviews and were looking forward to that. they gave us the more expensive menu, the one with noodles, so we got confused and js ordered smth else. then we asked them abt the noodles bc we saw others eating it, and they went “yeah it’s a different menu, lemme get it for u” ….. so why didn’t u tell us that? why didn’t u give us the second menu to begin with??? hello??????
