  We have been coming here or picking up take-out at least weekly since this location opened, and patronized other locations for decades before that since we grew up here. The food is often hit or miss, but we never complain. Tonight, our pizza was inedible. It was burned and hard as a board on the bottom. We were dining in and the manager couldn't have cared less. I wish I had taken a photo. Congratulations, Metro, you just lost long-standing customers who supported you through covid dining room closures and kept coming back. But, since you don't care, neither do we.

  We ordered delivery to kick of Mother's Day weekend. It's our favorite pizza in Las Vegas and were thrilled when they started delivering. We got our usual, (house salad, garlic knots, pizza, calzone, and cannolis) and it was fantastic as always!

  take out order, ordered online, took a little bit to be greeted at take out counter and a short wait for order to be ready. Food delicious as usual.

  Ernest is a horrible waitress. Waited an hour, he never checked for our food til I said something, then he came back with it being cold. Never asked if we need anything or refill on drinks. He literally tried to be a horrible servant. Avoided us, threw the check down in passing. We've always loved metro, this dude better get in check. My son wanted to eat here for his bday, we informed Ernest it was his bday, He could careless. After almost 2 hrs being there for 2 pizzas. We left to get dessert elsewhere. He sits on his phone at the bar and only socialized with a young girl who was sitting there.

  My first time at Metro Pizza, I ordered take out, a pizza and a calzone. The pizza was great but the calzone was extraordinary, so good I'm writing this review two weeks later. Metro makes a truly East Coast calzone. So good! I feel obligated to call attention to something that is obviously underlying their stellar calzone, they use very high quality, very fresh, clean ingredients and everything is handmade. I am 100% sure that is the case without even verifying it because of the stark contrast in the taste of Metro's food compared to the vast wasteland of restaurants that merely heat up frozen food from restaurant supply company. The world of eating out is very bleak. Btw I put 3 stars about atmosphere only because I didn't dine in, it seemed fine though
