  The employees are extremely rude, even management. When you bring a concern up to management they are rude and condescending and simply use the excuse that their employees don't speak English. I didn't think you needed to know English to be decent and not hand out a drink that spills because the lid wasnt placed on correctly and when you ask for napkins they simply slam the window shut wheil you are still talking. When you ask about the codes for the app which my understanding was you can only use 1 code every 15 minutes which the apps states, the manager will argue with you that you must give 2 codes but just this once they will make the "exception" because the employees used the code but some how you don't get what you used your code for. She also has a thick accent. There is only 2 employees that are amazing but seems that they aren't scheduled at this location very often unless they get a lot of bad feed back. This place has terrible employees. I stopped visiting this location even though it was pretty close to me.

  I don't understand how McDonald's is close pass 6:00AM . I thought it was a 24 hour restaurant. I waited 20 minutes for them to open. I end up leaving.

  The food wasn’t great but it was edible. We did not have to pull forward to get our order but when we tried to order from the speaker we were told to pull up to the window to order.

  I placed a mobile order for counter pick up (curbside was unavailable) but when I got to the door it was locked. It was still not 10pm.. I drove to through the drive thru and was told to drive up to the second window , which I did. Once I got to the window the girl had an attitude and asked me what my order was. I told her my order then she asked for my order number and I gave it to her she slammed the window and walked away.Then she brought back my food and didn't give me any sauces like ketchup or ranch for my sons nuggets. I waited at the window and she never came back. I honked and knocked on the window and she never came back. I had people behind me honking and yelling me to move. I got scared and moved to the door and kept knocking on the door. Eventually another employee came out and helped me. I explained to the other employee what was going on and she gave me sauces. It sounds silly that all this is just because of sauces but it's not the first time.. employees at this McDonald's are always rude and never have an order right. This is the closest one to my so this is where we go and it's always a problem
