  They are rude with nasty attitudes and lazy especially at night time seems like they don’t want to dirty the machines or something so they will always say they are close or machines out of service. I don’t understand how this place is still open.

  Waited to be acknowledge for like 20 minutes and 20 minutes for my food my hour lunch. CERO COSTUMER SERVICES all the Hispanics lady do here is gossip I can hear them talk about their personal problems.

  They constantly forget our food and we always have to go to the front desk to get the order right, but rarely when they get our order wrong the staff throw in an extra item on the house. The staff can are nice but can be forgetful sometimes.

  Consistency to the McDs model. Wouldn't call it the best one. It still serves well and fast. The bathrooms are.passible, though I've never really had high expectations of their bathrooms. Nothing bad out of the ordinary and exactly what you'd expect from a decent McDs.

  I bought a World Cup Meal at the drive thru , when the worker a teenager gave me food no cup, so I went inside but took the paper they put on the bags not the actual receipt. The teen was there and I told him about the cup he went back there and he started talking with other worker about a gift some girl working there too had on her hand not paying attention to me, then some girl or boy I don't know what he or she was asked me what I wanted., I told her about the cup and gave her the paper , she said I need the actual receipt so I told my son to go get it from the car.She started asking the cashiers at the window if they had put in that order like if I just had found the paper on the floor or some thing and wanted a free cup. Anyways the girl said yea I did, my son was back by this time and I was calling the girl to show her the receipt but they don't pay attention to the people at the counter, finally the teen came and gave me the cup. Those fricking cups are not cheap and they acted like if I wanted it for free. Terrible customer service at this location specially from the manager which was the girl or boy who asked for the receipt and she even said somthing about the cameras like if I was stealing from them. Last time I go to this place.
